Room was clean. Condition of furniture is older. Clothes hangers in the rooms would be appreciated. A microwave on the lobby would be good for guests who don't have a room with a microwave. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Great small Hotel

Stayed two nights. Hotel was in a good location. Close to stores and restaurants. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a two story hotel. I asked for a first floor room so it would be covenant for luggage and quick in and out. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable and great remodeled shower! Breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. Located on busy South Dale Mabry Hwy. but could not hear it. Very quiet. Felt very safe traveling as a solo female. Got a good price for a Thursday and Friday on Hotels.com at $137 for it being in season. Was going to stay another night but price went to $264. I would definitely stay again!

Renovated place, clean, great heated pool! Needs a mirror in room and kitchen towels in kitchen. The satellite service for the tv was not very good (it kept spacing out).

This was my second stay. The first stay was terrific - why I went back. This stay was tarnished - literally. Upon entering my room, the dirtiness of the floor (it is a hard surface, not carpet) was so apparent & bad that I wore my shoes to the edge of the bed. The underside of the white bath towel attested to the dirtiness the next morning. Additionally, a large insect was obviously smashed against the wall above the bed. All of this & the absence of coffee, etc. next to the coffee machine made me wonder enough about the commitment of the cleaning staff to sniff the sheets. However, I got in after midnight & lived with it. I received an invitation that same night from Expedia to rate my check in & room. Checkin was great, room was not. The message from Expedia was they would share the message with the hotel. I wrote that I would stop by the desk in the morning to ask for attention to the room to make my stay better. When I stopped in early the next morning, no one came to the desk. I left without the opportunity to share this. During work that day I made several attempts to call the front desk to ask for better service. No one picked up, & there was no way to leave a message. Taking complaints seriously after the fact is OK if you’re available and willing to provide opportunities and follow up on those during the stay. If Expedia shared my initial virtual response, the hotel ignored it. Then, the hotel went mia in terms of availability to make things better.

Great for in and out stays.

This is great for an in and out stay. Coming to a convention last minute this worked out perfect. It’s not brand new but it is clean. The outside is well put together and tidy. The complimentary breakfast is a fail but the juices are good. Like I said it’s perfect for an in and out stay. Front desk was great and check in was easy. Thank you.
