Saturday get-away

Hotel under construction. Website doesn’t mention that. Front desk tells us “parking ramp”, no directions what to do after you park. Took the elevator down to first floor, doesn’t take you to hotel, back on elevator up to second floor. We had to walk back down the ramp, back into the hotel, then figure out where the room was. Good 20mins from ramp to room. Little directions would have been helpful. Room is very nice, and comfy. Shower roomy, very nice, minus no water pressure.

Clean and spacious room , good free breakfast, convenient parking garage, very close to airport, mall and restaurants , short drive to Ybor city, friendly staff, bottom floor under remodeling construction during our stay but advised will be finished in a few weeks

The property is recently renovated and was very clean. The big issue was that on Saturday morning around 8am after getting back to the hotel late Friday night after a concert, they were doing construction in the room right next to us. They were hammering and pounding for hours.

Choose another hotel !

Be aware that this hotel is under construction! I booked this hotel because it was on a list from a medical facility where I was having a surgery and that they gave discounts to their patients. False . They told me they had never heard of the facility and no discounts were given . Two , when I came back from surgery and needed much sleep and rest , we were greeted with very loud construction with many workers also talking very very loudly . Come to find out the construction main office set up was the room across from us . It was a disaster. I called the manager, and he told me we could move upstairs to another room . I was in no shape to be moving rooms , and asked if we could get some discount due to the extreme noise. The manager only wanted to argue with me , and I was not feeling well , nothing got resolved. I do not recommend this hotel !!!

The room was very clean. I had the 2 bedroom suite it had 4 queen beds 2 bathrooms and dining room it was awesome !!

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Very informative. Ashley from the front desk was wonderful. Great customer service. Would recommend friends to stay there. We would stay there again as well.
