Hotel good staff not so much

The hotel room was great! We stayed for 2 nights. The staff on the front desk when I checked in was just short of being rude. He at first didn’t bother to look up at me just asked for my info then made a comment about the fact that several people checking in late that day. I guess we were keeping him from his nap or something. Then the next morning the front desk staff again were just ignoring us and acting like they were super busy but basically doing nothing. We were eating breakfast and the guy emptying the trash was wearing earphones and singing at the top of his lungs disrupting all eating breakfast.

The place was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of good options. The free shuttle to the parks helped a lot!

Convenient location to Busch Gardens with good staff, and a shuttle to and from the park. Area around the hotel is very rough so be mindful of that

Great stay

It was really good and the service was very good our Rick was our courtesy driver to the parks and he was amazing and the hotel was close to the park so we had no wait to get to the park and back

Not bad but needs some improvement.

10 minutes after we checked into our room my 12 year old stepped on shards of glass that was on the carpet and cut his foot. The front desk did give us some first aid supplies, but there is no reason several pieces of small glass shouldn’t have been vacuumed up in between guests using the room. Several of the wall electrical outlets just did not work at all and our key cards did not want to work most the time. The employees were friendly and provided good service and the breakfast was good. This hotel just good use a little bit of updating and more attention to detail on housekeeping maybe. It is very close to Busch Gardens which is convenient if you are going there.

Great Service

Girls at front desk were great. Friendly and helpful always with a smile. Shuttle drivers to and from Busch Gardens were friendly and helpful also. Breakfast bar clean and food kept full. All around great service.
