The bathroom was dirty. Mold spots in the shower. There was rust and dirt on the door. The mirror was discolored. Rust on the cealing. Extension cord visible. Parking was far and expensive. When I tried to get to my vehicle at night it was secluded and no one was available to let us out so we walked, which was 10 min though the maze. I was asked to pay $287. at check in when the stay was already high. For a Hilton and cost I’ll never stay again! Very disappointed!

What room service?
The room service via smart phone was terrible, and the hotel should simply offer phone calls as an alternative. Took me numerous times to get ahold of Che Vita just to order dinner. However, the only good was that the valet service was mostly good, and the service for breakfast at 211 was good.

Review of Hilton Downtown Tampa Stay I recently stayed at the Hilton Downtown Tampa (211 North Tampa Street) and was deeply disappointed. My experience was marred by poor service, unclean conditions, and unprofessional staff behavior. Arrival and Check-In • Arriving at 5 a.m. after a two-and-a-half-hour drive, I was met with an unpleasant smell in the hallway. My initial room had a malfunctioning A.C. unit, making it impossible to sleep due to noise and humidity. Room Issues 1. First Room: Noisy A.C. • Moved to another room. 2. Second Room: Loud buzzing refrigerator. • Moved to another room. 3. Third Room: Constant noise from the toilet. • Too exhausted to move again. Staff were irritated and unprofessional throughout. Valet Parking • Valet service was chaotic and inefficient, taking 45 minutes to retrieve my car. The valet manager, Adrian, was unhelpful, and the area was a mess. Pool and Amenities • Lack of signage to find the pool. Pool area was dirty and disorganized. The pool bar, advertised to close at 5 p.m., was already closed at 4 p.m. with no signs. Dining and Bar Service • Uninviting and unfriendly service at the hotel restaurant. Conclusion This stay was the worst I’ve experienced. I’m requesting a full refund for my stay and valet charges. I paid Expedia $248.46 and was additionally charged another $260 by the hotel. I hope Hilton or Expedia will address this situation properly and ensure no future guests endure such an experience.

My overall stay was perfect. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking is not included with the room. I feel like customers are paying a good money to stay there so why not give complimentary parking.

shower tub keep on backing up with black Greasy gunk coming up from the shower drain from Tuesday night, Wednesday night, leading up to not having any water in the room on Thursday night for hours, only cleaning staff cane on Tuesday night with promise that engineers and plumbing would come to unclog the tub but no one showed up on Tuesday night. We called the front desk to informed them what didn’t happen to send someone up on Wednesday, still no one showed up, very poor service never again will I stay at that hotel. It was a terrible experience I felt we need to get compensated, and the compensation that was given because my hotel was not booked by the hotel but by Expedia so I’m hoping Expedia can compensate me for my daily terrible experienceat at this Hilton hotel in Tampa Florida .

I would have rated the hotel with five stars, but for the cost of the room, the bed was so hard. It felt like I was sleeping on bricks. The staff was friendly, but we had a situation at the restaurant, so I gave four stars.
