I arrived very early to the hotel and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me which was wonderful! The service at this hotel was great. However, there was mold all over the sliding door entrance to the hotel. I understand it's Florida and that's what happens but it still didn't provide a great first impression. After my early check-in, I dropped off my luggage and headed to an event for the rest of the afternoon/evening. Once I returned to the hotel, I noticed that the curtains in my room also had mold on them! It was late and I needed to go to bed before an early flight so I didn't try to change rooms, but that was not good. I would not stay at this hotel again because of that.

Nice place but lots of room for improvement. The air conditioning unit didn't work well. They did an alarm test on a Sunday at 7am. Not enough soap for the shower, breakfast not included. Lots of room for improvement for a Hilton.

Very kind staff. Parking was an issue due to hurricane rescue trucks taking up many spaces but they allowed us to park wherever as long as it did not block anyone which was kind. Carpets are dirty looking/need replacing and our toilet was disgustingly clogged when we got to our room. We reported it but noticed nothing was done when we got back from dinner. My husband got a plunger from the front desk to fix it himself : ( They did give us vouchers for their breakfast buffet to accommodate the inconvenience which was also kind, but that food was yuck. We were there only 2 nights and alot was going on due to the recent hurricane so we didnt trip. It was quiet and the beds were comfy.
