The location of it was perfect since we were going to Busch Gardens. The elevator button fell off when we got in the elevator, so it was very scary. They didn’t have our room available anymore, but they did end up finding us another room. Ultimately they overbooked themselves.

The hotel is in an excellent location as far as being across the street from Busch Gardens, it's just not in the best of neighborhoods. I would definitely not walk any where around there, especially at night. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle going to the park was very convenient. Our room slept 6 and was definitely large enough for 2 adults and 4 teens.

Hotel is under construction and we were NOT informed prior to our arrival. When we arrived they didn’t have any rooms available and they went floor by floor looking. Don’t know why they couldn’t use their computer system. We waited in the lobby for over one hour till they found a room. NO Breakfast buffet as advertised.

We chose this property over others because they had free breakfast. We thought this would be fast and save us the cost of breakfast. Once we arrived they did not offer the free continental breakfast. In place of that they have brown bags with a bagel and some fruit. Due to dietary needs this did not work for us
