The property was in the process of being restored after Hurricane Milton, so we cannot speak much about the physical condition of the hotel. The front desk staff could be more attentive and helpful to Spanish-speaking guests who are not the most fluent in English. The location is excellent for those waiting for a cruise, or staying downtown, and the trolley is very useful. Good breakfast.

This hotel was super clean and within walking distance to several restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect hotel to stay at before or after your cruise. Will definitely recommend it to others.

Consider another hotel.
The staff was rude when we checked in and was upset because I did not check in digitally. Our room had a humidifier in it due to the recent hurricane (understandable). However, it was so loud and took up half the room. When I went back downstairs to inquire about the humidifier the staff at the front desk pointed to a sign and said oh yeah there are humidifiers in some of the rooms because some of them got rain in them. Don’t you think that should have been mentioned to us when we checked in instead of expecting us to read a sign? The gentleman at the front desk needs to get another job because he acted like he really hates his current one. Breakfast was cold.

I loved the hotel and staying there. However, when my cruise ship was kept out at sea for an extra night because of Hurricane Helene, and I was supposed to be at this hotel but couldn't be, they would not refund my money. That sucked. But the hotel, overall, was very nice when we stayed before our cruise.

Below average hotel for $400
Charge $30 dollars for parking (hidden). After paying $350 bucks and you get nothing. No pool, no bar, coffee was cold, and front desk staff is just below average. Good location, but I would recommend staying elsewhere because you just get nothing for the price. When did below average hotels become $400!?
