I got to my hotel and no one was here to check me in this is very unprofessional! They have a number for after hours guest and the phone does not work! I am very upset I had to sleep on the airport!

A sad place to (have to) stay
A sad place. Stayed here due to lack of availability st other hotels. Front desk closes atx10pm, the phone to call the night clerk did not work. Had to call the 800 reservation number for them to call the property to get checked in. Room hd heavy smell of deodorizer. The elevator and some hall areas smelled of weed.

The elevator doesn’t work the stairs on the side door was broke it and everybody can go in an out anitime they want it . Dogs allowed but the Pooh in the stairs . Worts hotel ever have to be closed it

I checked out around 7 AM and the front desk was not open. There was no where to drop the key. The shower head hose is kinked and makes showering very difficult. The property is dirty as was the room. A dresser drawer was missing the front panel. Disappointing.

Awful!!!
The lobby had a weed smell, the elevator had pee and the smell awful, the room carpet had stain that appeared to be blood, the sofa bed had to be closed right away because it was dirty+, the extractor grill in the bathroom drop dots of rust while you were sitting on the toilet, the refrigerator was dirty and had rust, and to make it more “interesting” we saw little roaches in the bedroom… luckily it was a one night stay

The only thing about this property that was good, was the night desk girl. She was awesome. The property itself was dirty , rundown, and smelled of cigarettes.
