Started of rocky as the only parking is valet parking. $18.00. Only there one day so do not know if that is per day or per trip. The guy checking us in wasn’t very friendly or energetic. Later in the day the lady working the counter was helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and in a very convenient location. The breakfast wasn’t much to talk about but it was included. Overall I would stay there again.

Great place to stay if you’re going to Tropicana Field for a baseball game. Took us 15 minutes at the most to walk there.

We would highly recommend to our friends and family and would come back anytime! Nice facilities such as breakfast, pool and outside terrace. Room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers however it was clean and well equipped with a mini fridge. Very nice stay!

Happy until leaving today!!

I booked from tuesday until friday. Everything was fine until today. Valet parking Was having trouble trying to locate my vehicle. Onr guy was acting very unprofessional with no respect. Not only with me but others who asked him a question. When somebody asks him a question he will walk off as if he did not have time to answer questions. No class at all! When He could not find my vehicle. He handed me my keys as if I need to find it myself. But the other guy that was working with him today. Help me locate my car. That other guy needs to be FIRED!!

Great hotel close to everything

The hotel is perfectly located. We walked everywhere. When it was raining, we were offered a free car service to a local restaurant. The free breakfast was great! The only drawback is the small, extremely shallow pool.
