This studio unit that sleeps 3 has a queen size bed and a fold out twin couch that has a comfortable memory foam mattress. Unit 49 has been totally renovated and has entirely new furnishings! It is a beautifully done and tastefully decorated unit on the second floor. From your balcony area with 2 chairs and a table, you will see vibrant colors of the sky as the sun is setting over the Gulf of Mexico. Unit 49 features a private bathroom with dual shower heads and a fully equipped, brand new kitchen that has plenty of dishes, cookware, corning ware, toaster, hand mixer, and a blender for cool, frosty drinks on the beach or by the heated pool! In the unit, you will find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler for you to use. There is even a rolling cart for groceries or to tote your belongings to the beach! Tropic Terrace has a spacious pool area and courtyard area which gives you the option of relaxing outside and enjoying the variety of native plants and lush landscaping. The condo is located directly on the Gulf and Treasure Island walkway. There is a great trolley system a few steps away from the condo. Very close to dolphin excursions, jet ski rentals and fishing. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants, cafes, and eateries within walking distance. Famous Johns Pass Fishing Village is minutes away!
