Not happy at all arrived late at night.staff were rude asked to pay for additional pull up bed and there was no space for an extra bed at all in that room that supposed to accommodate 5 people but only two double beds in there ? How on earth that is enough space for 5 people.room was really small.never again!

Was bitten by bed bugs, changed rooms, hotel examined the room said the result was bed bugs negative and that there was a new customer in there already. Last night at the new room has a lots of flying ants. Hotel looks clean overall, just a lot of insects. Easy to travel to Disney (25 mins ride uber) and Universal Studio (15mins ride uber).

I was there while my area of a new house was being built. The only two glitches in my stay was unavailable tokens for laundry. Also, right after the building next to mine was walled off I went down the hall and up the elevator to get ice. The ice was blocked off (second floor). When I w tried to get on the elevator to the first floor, the door started closing and wouldn’t stop. I use a walker and I was trying to get my walker on the elevator with me and the door kept closing. When it closed on my shoulders I had to jerk myself out of the doors that were squeezing my shoulders and when the.door closed push the door open sign to get my walker. I attributed that to the blocking off of the next building, but still!

I thought the location was great, close to many tourist attractions, a nice leisure area, and what I liked most was that it was clean, the bed linens were changed, usually in the hotels I stay at they always leave the bed linens dirty. Great price! I hope to return soon!
