Good value, but take a noise machine
The room was very clean and updated. There was no soap or shampoo provided. Not sure if this was an eco-friendly measure of housekeeping forgot to provide it for our room. This property is off I-4 & International Dr., so be aware it can get pretty loud. It was better after midnight. We also unfortunately had noisy neighbors who slammed doors and talked loudly until midnight. The “constant fan” button on the A/C helped quite a bit, though. Overall, the value was good and the room was clean. Just take your own soap/shampoo & take a noise machine or earplugs if you are sensitive to sound.

This is my third time staying at the Rosen and I was very pleased in until past. This reservation the canceled before we arrived. According to their policies we have until midnight before they cancel any reservations. I also spoke to several employees to verify this policy. I knew I would be arriving after 4 and I called the property to relay this information and was reassured that I had nothing to worry about and that my reservation was secure and safe. Well on upon arriving at around the early part of 11pm I was told that my reservation had been cancelled. The concierge then said she can reinstate it and gave me a room on the 9th floor. I explain to her that in my notes to the hotel I stated that I am extremely afraid of heights and I requested that my room be no higher than the 2 nd floor. The young lady pretended as if she didn’t see that in my notes. And then went back into the computer screen and then suddenly said well I can give you a room on the third floor. Although she accommodated me, she was not pleasant about it. She acted as if it was my fault. I was very discussed at her demeanor. The housekeepers are really nice and they made sure we had clean bedding and towels

I stay at Rosen Point Orlando every 2 month 3-6 days when traveling from work for the past 4 yrs.Everyone has been very nice including managers except one older Portuguese lady clerk at front desk.making comments about guests not knowing she was being heard from around the corner.not nice.Besides her everything is good including housekeeping crew very nice folks!its worth the price when its around $70 per night or less.Definetly not when its higher! Then i go to Rosen International or Lake buena vista area Rosen.
