May room was not cleaned when we got there the floors and bathroom were not cleaned. When we got there there was no cups for the complimentary water, and we were not able to get key cards. The card machine was not working and we had to get let in by security. So we had no freedom to come and go as we pleased. There was two days we had no washcloths. When housekeeping when they cleaned the room they only made the bed they did not clean restroom or vacuumed or clean the floors. They never changed the sheets.

Me gustó la tranquilidad y accesibilidad, el área de la alberca, el área y servicio del desayuno, muy buena atención. No me gustó el área en que me tocó el alojamiento por estar en remodelación, ocasionando polvo en el área (alojamiento con aroma a polvo) y mal aspecto del área. El único elevador que funcionaba del área que me tocó, tiene mal aspecto (sucio y mala presentación), además que es usado tanto por los servicios del hotel como por los huéspedes, ocasionando esperas para usarlo. Espero que al terminar la remodelación quede bonito y limpio como el área de la alberca.

Bad check in experience
Check in service was bad. It took over 45min in line at 11pm to check in. Had the kids sleeping in the car with my husband. Also, no parking available was charged $27 when had to park outside property because there was no parking
