I have stayed at Rosen properties for fun trips to Orlando. But on this occasion we had evacuated during Hurricane Milton, and the entire staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. This was my second time staying for a weather related emergency. Hopefully it will be the last, but i am thankful for their kindness while also dealing with this beast of a storm themselves.

Bad smell and roaches
I arrived in the room and the smell was not very pleasant. In addition, as soon as I turned the bathroom light on there were three roaches that showed up. I asked to leave right away, and was granted this.

The room smelled like it was musty when i walked in. The there were baby roaches crawling in the bathroom and when i told them as i checked out they looked at it and said thanks for telling us. They didn't do anything about it or seem to care.
