I stayed at this hotel during Hurricane Milton and would come again under normal circumstances. I was satisfied with everything about my stay. I thought that some of the extras like parking were quite expensive.

Well, I though I book a hotel room, not a villa a beat up villa. Everything in there was not working, the water from the sink won’t go down, the phone was not working, the shower head was not working. The only good thing about the room was the bed.

The prices for the buffet was pricy and average tasting. Was a little disappointed that the room did not come with breakfast vouchers and seemed like had to pay extra just to have free breakfast meals. The design in the room we stayed in was a little odd, in other words the dresser drawers and tv sat more in the center of the room and not in front of either the sofa couch or the bed. I did however like the staff, very friendly and easy to talk to. The bell service was great and had no issues getting extra pillows and towels in a timely manner. The room overall was clean and did not have any distinct odors which was great and made for stay to be pleasurable. We would definitely stay again if option was provided to us in the future.

Great for SeaWorld trip!
Very nice hotel within walking distance to SeaWorld. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Also quiet! Breakfast was delicious. Grounds are nice. Definitely going to stay here again for next year's trip to Howl-o-Scream!
