I am COMPLETELY unhappy with my stay. First of all, the bathroom was dirty when I arrived and had mold in the shower. Second, there was such a large gap at the bottom and lower corner of the door to enter the room from outside that I could literally fit my hand under the door. This large gap would explain why the noise in the room was EXCESSIVE and why there were spiders in the room. Also, the refrigerator in the room did not work and I found old, rotten ice cream in there. To top it all off, the ceiling over the shower leaked water steadily enough that we could hear it clear as day and it interrupted our sleep. I did try to express my complaints/concerns with the gentleman at the front desk when I checked out, but he was entirely uninterested in hearing what I had to say, and he offered no solution or even apology. I am FURIOUS that I paid approximately $400 to stay here and was completely miserable and dissatisfied . I had no option to relocate to another hotel because they were all booked due to the very large convention at the convention center. I am not one to complain typically, but this was unacceptable.

Staff at front desk very nice room very clean. Housekeeping however is pushy and wakes you up at 9AM by knocking on door and even when you say no they try tonopen the door if i hadnt had the door latch on housekeeper would have opened the door completly while i standing the room naked having just come out of the shower... do better thats why i knocked a star off

Had to make a last-minute plan due to hurricane Milton while power was out at my home. Avanti has typically been my go to place whenever we make plans for a weekend getaway. Very good value for the price I paid, will continue come back in the future.

The place was pretty run down. They have a nice pool area and pool bar. But for business travel the place is horrible. Got locked out of my room for over an hour and no help from the front desk when asked. Missed the start of the trade show because of this. You must purchase high end Starbucks coffee. No free coffee in the lobby. The little brew pot they provide in the room is horrible and you are lucky if they refil it for you. Almost every morning the credit card machine is down to purchase the overpriced breakfast items. So again for business travelers avoid this place!

We stayed at this hotel because of Hurricane Milton. We live in Bradenton Florida where the Hurricane came ashore. The first room they assigned us smelled of mold. The next room they put us in, smelled strongly of Clorox. We saw it dripping down the wall. We had to keep the door open because the Clorox was burning our eyes and throat. The window wouldn't open and the shade wouldn't close all the way. On the Internet Ad, the Pet Deposit was $15 but they charged us $50. Not pleased but the hotel was safer than staying in Bradenton.

Good resort for vacation
Amazing resort, had a few issues with the room but got them fixed right away just calling the front desk. Check in was easy and fast and check out was just as easy. The pool is nice and warm, Jacuzzi is really nice.

We stay at the Avanti every time we're in Orlando. It's centrally located to everything we want to do, and we're quite comfortable with the location and the resort itself. We also really enjoyed the pool and have never found it overrun with kids who are out of control.

i love this place, close to the fun part and a lot of food options around the area, also if you don’t want to get out , inside the hotel they have play room, gym food place, bar everything u need, great place, lady at the front desk vert nice
