Close Disney and Universal and spacious 2 bed. Bad side was housekeeping- sometimes they left enough towels other days they didn’t. Safe didn’t work but was speedily dealt with. Shower was clogged so never Drained away One day housekeeping didn’t turn up. Sheets changed once in 16 nites despite some wine spilled on bottom sheet. No cleaning of sinks etc which will make me choose somewhere different next time with a higher level Of cleaning. Antonio checked us in and he was very helpful- Palm Cafe was very nice too. For price I paid I am accepting but will return to Sheraton over road next year as I like daily clean and bedsheet changes.

Location is excellent, it is clean and apts are a good size with good kitchen and large fridge. We had free breakfast for 2 people each day. The food was fine but to use the free breakfast you only have 4 options not the entire menu to choose from, it should be a wider choice. This is just being picky as everything else was prefect.

This is a nice property, we had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was nice and big, close to all of the parks and eateries. I think the balcony should have had mesh on as we couldn’t use ours at all because we faced the lake it was full of flies all of the time. Housekeeping was a little basic just clean towels and the bed made. I also think the resort fee is a little high, I would recommend this hotel though.

Underwhelmed!

Pros: The location is great and the size of the suite was fantastic, two bathrooms were also helpful.

Cons: The air conditioning was extremely noisy, WiFi very slow and bedding felt very synthetic.

Location: The location was our reason for choosing the property, it’s fab!

After reading many glowing reviews of this property I was disappointed when we arrived. I think the main issue may be that the property is quite dated. The reception was very tired and a bit run down looking. The suite had been improved, flooring, soft furnishings and TVs looked new but everything else was also pretty tired. My main reasons for not returning would be the lack of staff and security and the lack of cleaning. If space is your top priority then I would consider this property, if not I’d look elsewhere!
