Condition of the room was a bit worn, loose cupboard doors, drawers that stick, chipped furniture, etc. Cooking equipment in the kitchen was very basic. On the plus side, staff was very responsive and helpful. I lamented the lack of a tea kettle, and the next day one was delivered to our room.

I thought the location was good. Guest relations was nice and helpful when our key cards didnt work on day 2. The pools and hot tubs were nice. The property had a nice resort feel. We enjoyed the little cafe and the mac n cheese bites were 10/10. We noticed the hot water getting slim on day 2 but with Disney being the priorty we didn't report. We checked out on day 3 with cold showers and a non working washer. We had several men outside of unit working on the hot water heater quickly after we reported the issues early am, but never received an update and ended up checking out at 10:30 am. For the price we paid, I am sunsure if I would return, but everyone’s experience will be different and this may have been just a seldom incidence.

Customer service was excellent but house keeping needs to clean the floors, my feet were black from walking barefoot on floors. Also the dishwasher was so gross & rusted inside, I washed all dishes by hand. But anything I needed for the kitchen they were very accommodating.

Very Pleasant Stay!
This was our first stay at this resort and it was a family weekend with our grandson. It won't be our last! Our suite was huge with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen could use a bit more cookware, a working dishwasher and garbage disposal but we made due. No room service until 11am (none on Sunday) was disappointing but the pool area made up for any disappointment! The pool was huge and very clean with plenty of seating and towels. The area for little ones is great and my grandson did not want to leave!! This is the perfect place for families with kids!! Cannot wait for the next trip!

Checking was pretty confusing when we got the key she pointed out the door and said go around that way and go down the end You’re in D Building but of course we did not know what she meant and after 15 minutes of looking for DeBoo, we noticed there was a D up on the building that if you did not know it was there you would not know it So we checked in dropped our stuff and took a look around. The map on the brochure is terrible. It’s so hard to understand. Also, as through the week we noticed that our socks and our feet were dirty black I don’t think the floors have ever been washed and is not from the balcony because we were flip-flops out there, there is one frying pan where there should be a few more at least two also there is no dish towels. We had to go down and get some the one remote only had one battery in it and when we called down and asked for a battery they just said use the other remotes they work on all the TVs . also, the water pressure in the showers was terrible at least 20 minutes to have a shower. So better communication on having the customer no where they will be going and how to get there. The map is garbage two make sure the place is clean the floor. also, I forgot do you say in class door kept getting caught with the curtain? I suggestion is put on a Velcro tie back so the curtain does not get caught in the door. Thanks.

Felt safe on the grounds and while walking to Target. The woman at the front desk was very helpful. The drive to Disney and Universal was easy. Lots of things for the kids to do and the outdoor bar was a plus!
