Have stayed several times at this property. We really enjoy it. It’s almost always very very pleasant. This time it was pleasant too. One thing to hopefully bring awareness to any level of management; the room we stayed in was “clean-ish.” It was clear that floors had not been cleaned or vacuumed well in a while. And the corner between the kitchen and laundry nook smelled of urine. The urine smell was thankfully only in that one spot and did not affect our sleeping pr common areas. We did not complain because we only stayed 2 nights and were barely in the room for one entire day. It’s something that I’ve noticed more and more with each subsequent visit, that floors are often not very clean (carpet and tile with a layer of dust around the baseboards.)

My husband and I came in for a long weekend and really loved the location and the property grounds. The location is perfect for getting to shopping and attractions around Orlando. We were never more than a 20 min drive from the things we wanted to do. We also loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of our room. We will definitely stay here again!

It was absolutely stunning. So clean. The kids had so much fun at the pool. They staff did games with them. Only thing I would say is the need a later check at then 10 am. But over all it was a great get away.

We celebrated our honeymoon here. So we knew we had to go all out and pick the Sheraton. The rooms were so spacious and amazing. We loved that we could walk to the on site restaurants/bar, pools, and marketplace. The staff were super sweet and professional. Definitely would come back for a special occasion. The property was no more than 15 minutes away from the Disney parks. It’s truly the perfect place to stay, especially if it’s for multiple days.
