The overall property was great. The presentation to buy vacation options started out nice but the attitude of the seller once a decision was made not to purchase turned to be one of rudeness and completely ruined the whole experience

Children ran outside the room after 1:00 AM making noise and ringing our room’s doorbell. Security was contacted and, when they arrived, they were rather rude with us. Later, hotel management understood but said “since you only lost a few hours sleep, we will compensate you $100.” My wife is handicapped and she was woken up and couldn’t return to sleep. We were treated shabbily by management.

We loved this property! Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The hotel has several pools, and if you have kids they offer different activities, the property in general is well kept and it’s close to Disney World. We enjoyed our time there and can’t wait to come back!

I was worried they might push me for time share based on some of the reviews but they didn’t. Pool was nice. They have a towel machine's by the pool so you can get towels with your room key.
