This is our third trip to Orlando. This was our favorite hotel so far. Beautiful property. Professional front desk. Parking felt safe & secure with gates and constant staff presence. Hotel lobby and room had no odors or musty smells. Property was clean, beautiful landscaping, no overfilled trash cans. The property looks better in person than photos. Everything in our room was in working order. Would stay again

Overall the property was kept very nice, the pools were nice and plenty of sun loungers. The WiFi was pretty poor in our room. Also be aware that we were told that they are going to start charging for car parking from 2025, so this will be an additional cost to factor in!
