The hotel was very large and beautiful. The room was very nice with comfortable beds and nice linen. There was no microwave as advertised. The beds were not queen size as advertised. They were full size. The employees were rude. While we were gone the bellhop left someone else’s luggage in our room. We called and they came to pick up the luggage. However, they were very rude. They acted like it was are fault; like we were trying to steal. It was absolutely rediculous. The hotel security manager called me when I was sleeping at midnight and woke me up. He was outside my room to pick up a piece of luggage that they left behind. I just couldn’t believe it. They did comp me the room for the night, but I have not got it back from Expedia yet. The pizza at the hotel was very good and a decent price. They just need to hire employees who are not rude.

Great hotel with some tech issues...
Great hotel with fantastic options for food and drinks. The bodega on the first floor ("Red's Deli") was where I ate most of my meals for the trip, and the cost wasn't bad (e.g., bowl of black bean chili costs $4.50). It is also walking distance to The Pointe, which is an area with lots of restaurants and bars. My only complaint is that my TV only worked part of the time, and the internet blinked out on a few occasions over my 4-day stay. Side note: I had colleagues stay at other Rosen properties and their experiences weren't as good. Be sure you are booked for Rosen Centre and not one of their cheaper properties down the road; the quality varies dramatically.
