We stayed in a 2 bedroom townhome just a 30 second walk from the pool/slide/lazy river. It’s conveniently located and not far from the parks, however, we went just for the hotel. It is great for kids with a lazy river, 2 water slides. Hot tubs, splash pad, arcade, and pool with the graded entry. They had activities like a foam party and bingo. There a pool side bar/grill, and ice cream. Very cool place for a weekend get a way and will definitely be back.

It does NOT Mention anywhere on there that you have to wash your own towels!! We called several of times for towels and we were told you have a washer and dryer in your room your supposed to wash your own towel.. NO HOUSEKEEPING! House keeping is only weekly The resort is very old and outdated . Not clean Even when you call to get toilet paper or anything takes forever & there is always something missing. Lizard found in tub! Took forever for someone to come and get out

First off, me and my family decided to do a light family getaway for a weekend of fun. Upon arrival, i always do a lysol disinfect. As i looked around the house, we noticed the sliding door was broken. (I took a picture to save myself from being accused) . We then also noticed the back screen door was broken and could not lock. We didn’t do much thinking about it, we figured it was just broke. A few days went by, me and my husband went out for a night stroll. We walked to the pool area and left our children at the room for a few. They fell asleep with the front door locked, so that left us stuck outside. Mysteriously, We decided to walk around the back to see if the screen door was unlock and lo and behold, we was able to walk through the screen door and sliding door ! (It was broken, NO LOCKS) This is a safety issue !!! Anyone can just walk through the back at any given time. Without a CARD! Also, on our stay, we sweated the entire weekend. Upstairs was so hot but the bottom downstairs was cooler. We had to use the ceiling fans for relief. We continued to drop the air lower and lower as the day went by. Even on 65 degrees COLD, we was upstairs still sweating. Compensation they gave us was 2 extra hours at the resort. Bad customer Service. &Rooms are not up the part as they seem. Book at your own risk.

This was our 3rd stay here. The previous 2 were wonderful. This time however has convinced me to not come back. I should never have to fight for parking near the townhouse. I also do not like being treated like a child over the thermostat! I pay a LOT of money to stay here and i should never ever have to CALL THE FRONT DESK to adjust it! Check in is ridiculously long and they kept closing the pool and river. The sleeping accommodations were HORRIBLE! A pull out couch that you cant sit on because you are shoved to the back and down and the "mattress" on it is a joke! The beds upstairs need to be thrown out. They felt like they were 20 years old. So incredibly disappointed in this trip. It made the 4 of us so glad to be going home. Will not be back.

This is our fourth year in a row staying at this hotel. It is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful, the pool and lazy river are amazing. The townhouses are beautiful, come with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, screened patio and fully equipped kitchen. We can't wait to come back.

Ive been staying at Fantasy World since 2001. Its the only place I stay when I am visiting Florida and I love it. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Amenities are great. The only thing I miss are the colorful villas. It looked so tropical and inviting. All in all I had a wonderful stay.
