Perfect spot for a short-term stay in Dunedin

The bright and clean one-bedroom cottage is within 5 minutes' walking distance from numerous restaurants and shops. We stayed in the adjacent mirror-image unit last year and found it so convenient that we re-booked. Access was super simple, and communication was prompt, although not needed once we arrived. Love the small-town vibe of Dunedin and hope to return next year.

Perfect cottage, great location!

I was pleasantly surprised with this little cottage, nestled a block away from trendy Main Street in Dunedin. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, parks and attractions. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was extremely responsive with any questions I had. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Downtown Dunedin Weekend Getaway

The property was just as described and a very short walk to downtown Dunedin. It was even closer to the bike path which worked out great for us. We would stay again and will definitely be back to Dunedin for another short getaway.

This was the perfect location.

The trail the walkable restaurants and shops. And the friendly people were exactly what we wanted. So we overlooked water stains on ceiling and nearby construction noise which were unpleasant

Convenient to a quaint town

Very nice to be able to walk just one block to restaurant's and coffee shop. Cool little town with so many nice shops another place off our 'bucket list' in Florida small town category, Definitely will go back.

Great Location

This home was in a perfect location. Was easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed exploring all that Dunedin had to offer. The bed was a little uncomfortable and would love to have had usb ports in the lamps on either side of the bed so that a phone could be charged. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Property owner was not onsite but was available by phone. We loved the location and its proximity to downtown and all its attractions. The only negative aspect was the nearby construction noise.

This is the best location! We never used our car during our three day stay. The place is beautiful and clean. Loved the coffee shop across the street and Corvers Seafood around the corner! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay.

Dunedin Escape 💚

Nice cottage in downtown Dunedin. Super convenient, a block from Main Street, Dunedin Brewery, the bike trail, and the many restaurants and breweries that Dunedin has to offer. Comfortable for two people, adequately equipped kitchen. A bit of information/instruction on the TV (Apple TV, no cable) and how to work the thermostat would be helpful. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Sweet Dunedin Cottage

We spent an amazing weekend at this property while exploring Dunedin. The location is amazing - we walked everywhere, even to the bike shop to rent bikes so we could explore the Pinellas Trail. The cottage is decorated with a cute beachy theme and it's on a side-walked lined street with a great cafe across the street. We would definitely return!
