The pool was unavailable and nothing was said in advance. Then they put a hold of $100 on your account and take their time about releasing it, 48-72 hrs is ridiculous.

Excellent staff, even in the midst of anxious guests sheltering from the storm. Love the breakfast, pinball machine and massage beds. Room was quiet. Highly recommended, good quality for a reasonable price.

The room our family stayed in had mold in the closet, and behind all of the doors, it seemed like there was a leak in the ceiling but we couldn’t find where it was coming from. When we stated concerns, we were brushed off. Even though we all ended up with headaches after staying here. Four people for five nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper. When we asked for another one, we were asked why?. We were hoping this could be our regular hotel since we plan on traveling this way fairly regularly but unfortunately, after being brushed off, and with the lack of cleanliness, we will have to stay elsewhere.

There were lice, mites or bedbugs. I am currently in the er awaiting confirmation. I have bite on my ears, hands, legs, etc. I stayed in 304 and have photographs of said issues

Everything was great about to stay besides the fact that I left there covered in bed bugs and bed bug bites, felt something crawling on my back That's when I started to take a better look at my stomach my chest everywhere
