The only thing i had issues with was the carpet looked very dated and had stains. The carpet also felt wet in certain spots as well.

Booked. Arrived. Ended up booking the wrong date, the next day instead of the night of arrival. Asked for refund. Hotels.com says they can’t contact the manager to get the refund. Spoke to hotel itself and they said no one ever contacted them for a refund. So what is this broken phone we playing here? No one knows anything but I’m the end of stick. Yes made a mistake and booked wrong date but what’s with not refunding?

Vacation stained by likewise room.
Holes in both blankets, bath Mat. Tub had yellow stains, crude repair around over flow. Lamp had flaking paint & carpet was filthy out of the flow pattern. And this was an upgrade from our initial room that had a noisy & inoperable heater.

The rate is NOT worth staying here. The pictures advertised made the rooms seem clean and decent, but they weren't. The front desk had an bland, don’t care attitude and offered to upgrade my room because of my dissatisfaction. However, it was the same as the previous room and I was beyond uncomfortable staying there so I left and was not given a refund. The manager said the rooms were clean enough since they were always booked out. ALL the doors had several marks and dings on them as if people tried to break in. The rooms smelled like pinesol. The carpets and mats appeared old and dirty - they had dark spots. The shower floors were discolored and looked dirty. ALL the furniture had multiple scratches on them. And the beds looked like a mattress on a box spring on the floor with a HUGE dip in the center. Beyond Dissatisfied.

Hotel is old, it was cold and the heater didn’t work, the blanket is super thin, they give you two tiny pillows like children size. We were cold and uncomfortable to sleep. The breakfast operation is a mess, literally. Dirty, messy, and trash everywhere. However, the staffs at the front desk are very nice.

Was told the staff was doing laundry which affected hot water for our room and hot water would not return until 430pm. Pretty much just had to deal with it the problem or find another hotel.
