The Boyce House was built in 1899 making this historic home over 120 years old. It was one of the earlier homes built in the neighborhood, originally constructed for the Mayor of St Augustine, Elmer E. Boyce, from July 1899 to June 1907. He was also the Sherriff of St. John's County for more than two decades. This home features 6 bedrooms allowing a family of 12 to enjoy their stay. The bedrooms include two king beds, two queen beds, one bunk bed for children and one sitting room that includes a sleeper sofa with a queen sized mattress. A massive dining room table that will sit 12 guests and there are also tables and chairs for children included at the home. When you aren't sleeping, there is a large back yard that backs up to the Maria Sanchez Lake for a picture perfect view to enjoy a relaxing evening rocking in the rocking chairs or playing a round of cornhole with family. The house also include a Miss Pacman game for some indoor entertainment as well as a collection of board games for your indoor entertainment.
