This two-story condo is nestled within the sought-after Summerhouse Beach & Racquet Club, a peaceful and private 25-acre oceanfront community located at the southern tip of Anastasia Island in beautiful Crescent Beach—just a short drive from the historic charm and attractions of St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city.

Wake up to the sound of waves and step outside to your private balcony with stunning ocean and dune views. With direct beach access via four private walkovers, you're just steps away from pristine white sand and the sparkling Atlantic. Whether you're into beachcombing, surfing, fishing, or simply soaking up the sun, it's all right here.

Inside, the condo is thoughtfully laid out to provide space and comfort for families or small groups. The upper level features two cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms—perfect for everyone to have their own space to unwind and get ready for the day. On the main level (which is the second floor of the building), you'll find a bright and airy living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining area, and a newly renovated, fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need for meals at home. A half bathroom is conveniently located on this level as well.

For your comfort and convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer, beach gear (chairs, umbrella, toys), and reliable Wi-Fi throughout.

A Scenic Ocean Stay

This property was clean and located directly oceanfront. Our only comments are that the unit is very, very dated and in need of some updating and that the curtains in our bedroom were filthy. It’s seemed as if apart from the hired cleaners going into the unit, no one has bothered to take care of the unit. Despite these minor issues, We did have a wonderful experience

My family and I have stayed at Summer House many times and wanted to try staying in 454 because it is the furthest southern point of the property. From the moment we began our trip, the lack of communication for checking in was apparent. I was surprised by this since so many of the reviews were great for this property. The condo was so dirty, by anyone’s standards and it looks like it had been a long time since it had a deep clean. Wet towels and linens on arrival ( wet towels in the closet drying on coat hangers?), filthy windows, filthy kitchen……just too many things to name. Summer House is a gem of a property but this property manager was obviously not hands on. We still made due given the issues but I would not stay at this property again due to the lack of attention to detail.

Great location!

We went for our anniversary and had a great time! Unit was much bigger than we were expecting/used to from previous vacations on other beaches. Great size for bringing kids and having plenty of space for everyone. Very spacious, with a great view of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom. Short, easy walk to the beach. About a 30 minute drive to downtown St Augustine and we ate at some awesome restaurants there. The forecast for our stay had rain every day but it only ended up raining when we first checked in and that night, so it was wonderful beach weather! * garbage disposal was not working well when we were there * but no issues with anything else Beach chairs, etc were available for use, which was very nice!

Amazing Beach experience

"Staying at this beach condo was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking ocean views and a beautifully appointed space that instantly felt like home. The condo was clean, spacious, and filled with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent our days lounging on the pristine beach just steps away from our front door, and evenings were spent watching the sunset from the balcony. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants to explore. The rental process was seamless, and the property management team was friendly and accommodating. Overall, our experience at this beach condo was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return for another memorable vacation!"

Great Location

Perfect spot for beach days! Balcony was ideal and the condo had everything we needed. The beach was spread out and not crowded. Easy drive to St Augustine or Flagler. Host was super easy to communicate with!

Spectacular Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish it had been longer than one night. The view and location could not be more perfect. The walk down to the beach only takes one minute, but sitting on the balcony at such a quiet location made for the relaxing evening we needed. Other than some spots the cleaning crew missed the property is nicely decorated, clean and tidy. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent condo!

Well stocked condo. Great communication with Maria. Fan in living room wasn’t dusted and was spinning the wrong direction (couldn’t figure out how to change the direction of the fan), area behind couch, beds, and dressers weren’t cleaned. No smart TVs in bedrooms which was a big downer (so no Netflix, HULU, prime, etc). Also, master bedroom is just a queen bed. Also a downer. But everything else was fantastic. Next time I would bring a fire stick or something for the two upstairs TVs. I really suggest to the owners giving the master a king bed. These are really just small things though. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This is a wonderful oceanfront condo on a beautiful beach! The condo is beautifully decorated and well taken care of. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking in. Beach chairs and towels provided too! Check in was a breeze and Maria was very responsive to our questions and requests. Definitely a 5 star
