Our third-floor condo in Saint Augustine is one of the best, and it's just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful white sand beach. The gourmet kitchen has all the amenities you need to relax or entertain. Our well-decorated condo includes all the comforts of home and more, such as built-in shelving, large closets, floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room and primary bedroom, two kitchen sinks, comfortable furnishings, and a dining room table with seating for 6.

From the front door, you can see the pool area and take in some of Anastasia Island's sights. The white sandy beach, surfers riding the waves, and dolphins swimming up the coast are often visible from the great room, master bedroom, and balcony. Grab a book and a cold drink and enjoy our beach retreat!

Such a great week!
We were greeted with a personal welcome note and gift from the owners. Loved the kitchen, and so organized. I love to cook and it had everything we needed. The ocean view from the living room and balcony were amazing. One of the best beach condos we’ve stayed at. Will definitely book again. Thank you for a great week!

Living in a bubble
Spent the entire week with blue plastic film on all glass to the balcony, and no access to the balcony. A major reason we come to this facility is my wife loves to sit on the balcony which she couldn’t do nor could we see out. Very disappointed!

a little far from town
My friend and I had hoped to be a little closer to town. we thought that uber would be available for the 20 min drive into Saint Augustine but found it to be quite difficult to get a ride in. We should have rented a car! The property and the beach were lovely and clean though

Beautiful Property, But Poor Service Experience
We decided to head to St. Augustine to ring in the New Year. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and it was perfect for us. However, the Property Management company was one of our worst experiences with a vacation rental. My card was charged more than what I authorized when booking with VRBO; I reached out via email twice and never received a response. When I arrived at the office, I was told that they didn't respond because they were busy, and that it was a system glitch but that the higher amount was correct. In addition, even though the confirmation I received said check-in at 3 PM, they would not release the keys until 4 PM. So we had to kill an hour. The interaction with the property management staff was very poor, and unprofessional, which is no fault of the property owner. Ultimately, the rental was very nice, and we would stay there again, if it was with a different property manager.

St. Augustine Beach Couples Retreat
Great condo, exactly like VRBO pictures. Condo was very clean, very nicely furnished and has fantastic view of beach from balcony. Complex may have 50 units, pretty quiet, gated and has nice pool. Owners are avid book lovers and have at least 100 titles in condo to read. My wife and I went for anniversary. Due to COVID-19 outbreak we just ordered all takeout and ate on balcony looking at ocean. Plenty of grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants nearby. Only complaint was master bed is a ready for replacement.

This is a beautiful condo and very clean. The owner was always quick to answer questions.

Great place for a getaway!
This was a great place to stay. View of the ocean from the porch. Private access to the beach. Great restaurants nearby. Only real problem was one of the three elevators in the building was out.

We’ve used VRBO for vacation rentals for years. Sometimes you’re pleasantly surprised, sometimes not so pleasantly! Most places have the minimum necessities stocked; not here! This place was loaded! We never had to purchase any paper products, cleaning supplies (dishes, garbage bags, laundry soap), and there was an abundance of linens. The spices and condiments provided were such a help when cooking, thank you! I’m a picky housekeeper and usually spend some time getting rentals up to par before enjoying my vacation, but I didn’t have to lift a finger here. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The mirrored walls gave the appearance of 360° ocean views, great addition! We enjoyed the selection of books provided and the games were great for after dinner family time. We especially enjoyed the Table Topics! The condo was safe and in a good area. We loved how easy the walk to the beach was. The complex was also clean and well maintained. The property management company provided lots of easy to follow instructions and information. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. We will be back!

Great Vacation!
The condo was very clean, well stocked and spacious. It is in a great location to the beach and everything. We loved sitting out on the balcony every morning drinking our coffee. The pool area and grounds are very well kept. I would definitely come back and stay again. The beach was absolutely gorgeous!

Great winter get away
