Disappointed - Unadvertised $25 Valet Fee Required

Cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations for a property of this type and at this price level. And, I was required to pay a $25 Valet fee, even though I did not want to use these services. I was told it was a requirement to stay at the hotel, even though I parked my own car in the hotel parking lot. This fee was not advertised on Hotels.com and I feel I should be refunded for this $25 fee, plus taxes.

We arrived to our room and it was perfect, however water started dripping in the bathroom and a puddle was created. Luckily they gave us a new room, but the room was not very clean, the bed was sinking and sheets were dirty, we are very dissatisfied with our stay.

Very clean and the staff was very helpfull. What I did not like was the valet parking and that we had to pay for. It was easy to park the car because there waa plenty of space. In the valet there were only 2 people and it took long toget the car.

This hotel was close (walking distance) from almost everything we did in downtown St. Augustine. The room was perfect....cold, comfortable, spacious. Staff was helpful and kind!

I was SHOCKED they are charging $25 a day to park your car. Even if you park it your self, no choice but to pay $75 to stay 3 days! On top of the rate they charged for the room.

Booking and stay in a turistic place should be a nice experience it's a relief for our everyday life. Was stressful arrive and find out that a valet parking is not an option but is Mandatory, shouldn't be. Too many reasons why shouldn't to name each one of them.

The room was large enough for 5 people. Kitchen had a full refrigerator, microwave and stovetop. The free breakfast was good. Needs more variety of foods. Pool was nice. In walking distance to many locations.
