No room service even after paying over $200 a night , rooms smells old, moldy and humid. AC did not work unless set in the coldest setting. Customer service rude and unwilling. Not worth what they charge per night. Won't go to this place ever again. Disappointed.

Out side of building was dinge, the stair hand rails paint was sticky and building did not look like the photos on-line. Outlet on lamp in the room was rusted and broken. Bathroom door would not shut properly. Did not get quality sleep due to the hard mattress.

Not very impressed

Air conditioner would work until it kicked off, then not come back on until you power off, then back on. Coffee maker leaked everywhere. Door had to be slammed to shut as the lock was very corroded.

Roaches in room, as well as mold , check in was hour long didn’t even get into room until 4 pm and showed up at 3 pm with only one person at check in . The line was outside this is in called for for what you are charging Dennys restaurant was horrible we were waiting for 40 minutes for service and no staff working all tables dirty, and two other people were literally fighting and cursing it was poor atmosphere . Hotel over priced for one night $269. Ridiculous We will NoT go back to this hotel .
