when we check in found out the TV is not working. Then the bathroom drainage was broken and clogged. Roaches running around. They didn’t send maintenance the next day until I came in the front desk to complain again. The thing is the lady in blonde hair at the front desk responded with face annoyed - did you check if the TV is plugged in and hdmi is connected? I am confused as a customer should I be the one checking those? Such a bad customer service I ever experienced with Days Inn. I have checked in with other Days Inn staff are accommodating and friendly and efficient. I’m not going to this specific location again.

The check in person was rude. People keep blowing horns the toilet would not flush unless you held the handle down until everything went down. The beds were hard as rocks. It will probably be the last time I stay there.

They need to remodel this place everything is old and they need to clean the rooms better. For the price they charge is not worth it. The only good thing is close to the Main Street that’s about it. Hopefully they remodel it soon because is looking really rough..
