As other reviews indicate, a bit dated but a good spot, decent price and nice location. St Augustine is amazing this time of year

Place was very dated, dirty, and in poor condition. Woke up to puddles of water on the floor because the air conditioner leaked all over. The sheets appeared to be washed but had stains on them. The bathroom had a constant sewage smell. The refrigerator was barely cool at best. Would not recomend staying here! Oh almost forgot, front desk girls were not very welcoming, actually they were rude.

Staff was great and helpful. Very quiet and within walking distance to Olde Towne. Price cannot be beat. Denny's restaurant on property for dinning options.

The room was worn out. Bathroom had strong odor, walls dirty and poor Maintenace. The noise level from upstairs made it impossible to sleep. The flooring was coming up in several areas that could harm the bottoms of your feet. The card reader for the door would take several attempts to get into the room. The beds not comfortable my hips sore for days after.

Room was clean but there were roaches. Convenient location and ok place in general. Front-desk person was very rude and not-friendly which left really bad impression. I could see she was tired but I also drove whole day and was tired not less, there was no need to meet me with attitude. She tried to fix her behavior later but at that point my mood was completely ruined. I would never stay there again.
