Sleeping arrangements
Two connected coastal homes, Salt Therapy North & South, accommodate up to 12 guests with 6 bedrooms and 6 beds. Each home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, totaling 4 full and 2 half baths. Essentials like towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with a washer and dryer to keep your stay comfortable.

Outdoor living
The private outdoor saltwater pool, available all year, invites you to cool off after a day at the beach. Relax on the covered patio or share a meal at the ocean-view dining area. A BBQ grill and beach essentials make it easy to enjoy the nearby shoreline and open skies.

Kitchen & dining
Each home features a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Prepare breakfast before heading to the sand or gather for dinner around the dining table. A coffee maker, toaster, and barbecue utensils ensure every meal feels effortless.

Comfort & convenience
Unwind with a 50-inch HDTV or stay connected with Wi-Fi. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating ensure year-round comfort. The elevator connects all three levels, offering easy movement for every guest, and self check-in via keypad provides flexible arrival.

Parking & pets
Enjoy free driveway parking for three vehicles, with the option to confirm garage or boat parking in advance. The property is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs (fee applies) and assistance animals.

Safety & accessibility
Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Please note there is no carbon monoxide alarm. The elevator offers accessible dimensions with a 52-inch depth and 32-inch doorway, making every level within reach.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
