Two homes, one seamless beachside stay
The property includes two adjoining homes - Salt Therapy North and Salt Therapy South - each with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offered together as a single reservation. In total, you’ll have 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms across three levels, all connected by elevator access that provides ease and comfort for your entire group. Large families or groups can spread out while staying close, with multiple living and dining areas designed for gathering.

Outdoor living and saltwater pool
Step outside to a private outdoor pool available all year, set with saltwater and surrounded by the coastal atmosphere North Vilano Beach is known for. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy with fresh ocean air as your backdrop (no hot tub). Multiple patios and balconies offer spots to relax, read, or enjoy the breeze after a walk on the sand. Beach essentials make trips to the shoreline simple and convenient.

Direct beach access and ocean views
You’ll be only steps from the sand with direct beach access, allowing you to move easily between home and shoreline throughout the day. From many vantage points, the ocean view brings a calming presence, whether you're enjoying a quiet morning or watching the light change over the water.

Kitchen and dining
Each home includes a kitchen where you can prepare meals with ease, supported by full appliances and space to cook. Dining areas offer room for everyone to enjoy meals together, whether you're sharing a casual breakfast before a beach walk or gathering for an evening meal after exploring St. Augustine.

Comfort, convenience, and amenities
High-speed wifi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and a 50-inch HDTV help make longer stays comfortable. An elevator serves all three levels, and parking is simple with a garage, boat garage, and additional driveway spaces. The private entrance ensures easy access for your group.

Dog-friendly
This home is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, allowing your four-legged companions to join you on your coastal stay.

North Vilano Beach location
The property sits in a peaceful beachside community just minutes from grocery stores, local restaurants, and the historic attractions of St. Augustine. Whether you're walking the shoreline, exploring the intracoastal area, or enjoying downtime by the pool, the setting offers a blend of relaxation and easy access to the area's best experiences.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
