The property is reserved as an entire home and is made up of two neighboring residences, each spanning multiple levels. Together, they offer accommodations for up to 12 guests across six bedrooms and six beds, with a total of five bathrooms. This layout works especially well for larger groups who want shared space alongside the option for privacy.

Spacious layout and accessibility
Each home rises across three levels and is connected by elevator access, allowing guests to move comfortably throughout the property. Living area create natural gathering spots, while entrance provide flexibility for groups traveling together. Central heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and in-home laundry support both short stays and longer visits.

Outdoor living and pool time
Outdoor space plays a central role here. A private outdoor saltwater pool is available year-round and sits just beyond the patio, with views that include both the water and the coastline beyond. Free driveway parking is available on the premises with space for up to three vehicles, along with additional accommodation for watercraft. Self check-in via keypad allows for flexible arrival times and a smooth start to your stay.

The home is pet-friendly, welcoming guests traveling with their animals while assistance animals are always allowed. With beach access nearby and open outdoor areas, the setting lends itself well to shared adventures.

Note: There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in each of 2 houses guests are renting the entire property, it includes 2 houses - Salt Therapy North & South.
The pool here is unheated, although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air. (no hot tub)

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
