Sleeping arrangements
With space for up to 12 guests, this property is 2 houses offering a total of 6 bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. The listing includes 6 beds and 4 full and two half baths, with each level accessible by elevator, making it convenient for every member of your group. Bed linens, towels, and extra pillows and blankets are provided, along with essentials like soap and toilet paper.

Outdoor living
The private saltwater pool is available year-round and spans between both houses. While not heated and without a hot tub, it provides a refreshing retreat after a day on the beach. Relax on the covered patio or prepare dinner on the BBQ grill as the sun sets. Beach access is close by,

Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked chef’s kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Cooking basics such as pots & pans are on hand, along with dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses. Share meals around the dining table while enjoying ocean views.

Comfort & convenience
Inside, you will find a 50 inch HDTV with Roku, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating. The home also includes a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and ample storage for longer stays. Guests may use the elevator, which meets accessibility size standards. Self check-in is available through a keypad.

Parking & access
Onsite parking includes two driveway spaces, with additional mention of garage and boat parking (south house). Please confirm availability when booking.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
