Set in North Vilano Beach, this entire home accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms, offering generous space for group stays while maintaining a sense of privacy. The layout spans three levels and is served by an elevator, making it easy to move throughout the home. Scenic ocean and pool views are woven into the experience, whether you are inside or stepping out to enjoy the coastal surroundings.

Living spaces are designed for gathering and unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring historic St. Augustine. A 50-inch HDTV anchors the main living area, paired with Wi-Fi for streaming, remote work, or quiet evenings in. Climate control throughout the home helps keep the interior comfortable year-round, and ceiling fans add to the relaxed, airy feel.

Sleeping arrangements
Six bedrooms provide flexible sleeping space for families or groups traveling together. Bed details are kept intentionally simple, allowing you to focus on comfort and rest without unnecessary assumptions. Multiple bathrooms, including at least one with a bathtub, help make mornings and evenings flow smoothly for larger groups.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers a functional space where guests can prepare their own meals, equipped with major appliances and ample room to cook and dine together. A dining table nearby creates an easy setting for shared breakfasts, casual dinners, or planning the next day’s activities.

Note: There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in each of 2 houses guests are renting the entire property, it includes 2 houses - Salt Therapy North & South.
The pool here is unheated, although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air. (no hot tub)

-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
