Sleeping arrangements
This entire property includes two separate houses - Salt Therapy North and Salt Therapy South - offering space for up to 12 guests. Together, the homes provide 6 bedrooms and 6 beds, with each house featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. In total, you’ll have 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms across the property. The two-house layout allows your group to gather comfortably while still enjoying privacy between spaces.

Outdoor living
At the heart of the property, a private outdoor pool invites you to unwind in the open air. Available year-round and saltwater, it offers a peaceful place to relax between beach visits. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Patios and balconies extend the living space outdoors, with both ocean view and pool view enhancing the setting. Beach essentials - including beach towels and beach chairs - make it easy to enjoy time along the shore.

Kitchen & dining
Each house features a full kitchen and dining area, giving you the flexibility to prepare meals and gather together at your own pace. Whether starting the day with breakfast or winding down with dinner, the layout supports both shared moments and quiet routines.

Comfort & convenience
Spanning three levels, the property includes an elevator with accessible dimensions to make moving between floors simple. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans provide comfort throughout, while a 50 inch HDTV offers a place to relax indoors. Wifi and a dedicated workspace allow you to stay connected when needed. A washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and self check-in with a keypad help streamline your stay. Free driveway parking on premises - 3 spaces - is available for your group.

Additional features
The home includes a private entrance and essential safety features such as a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Iron, hangers, and bed linens are also provided for convenience.

Neighborhood
Located in North Vilano Beach, the property places you close to the shoreline while remaining a short drive from the restaurants, shops, and historic streets of St. Augustine. After a day exploring or walking along the beach, you can return to your own quiet coastal setting.

This property is dog-friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, and assistance animals are always allowed.

Note: There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in each of 2 houses guests are renting the entire property, it includes 2 houses - Salt Therapy North & South.
The pool here is unheated, although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air. (no hot tub)

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
