Sleeping arrangements
This entire property includes two houses - Salt Therapy North and Salt Therapy South - offering space for up to 12 guests. Across both homes, there are 6 bedrooms and 6 beds, with each house featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Altogether, the property provides 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The layout allows your group to gather comfortably while enjoying privacy between the two separate homes.

Outdoor living
At the center of the property is a private outdoor pool, available all year and saltwater. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air, with no hot tub. After time at the beach, you can relax on the patio or balcony while taking in ocean and pool views. A grill and dining table support easy outdoor meals, and beach essentials are provided for days spent on the sand.

Kitchen and dining
Each house includes a kitchen where you can prepare meals at your own pace. Major appliances and cooking basics support everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners, with a dining area in each home. A coffee maker, toaster, and barbecue utensils add simple convenience throughout your stay.

Comfort and convenience
Spanning three levels with elevator access, the property is designed for ease. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort year-round, while Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it simple to stay connected. Indoors, a 50 inch HDTV offers a place to unwind. Essentials such as a washer, dryer, and bathroom necessities support both weekend visits and longer stays. Free driveway parking for 3 spaces and self check-in with a keypad create a smooth arrival.

Located in North Vilano Beach, the property sits just steps from the shoreline and minutes from the restaurants, shops, and historic streets of downtown St. Augustine. Whether you spend your time walking the coast or exploring the Nation’s Oldest City, this dog-friendly retreat offers a peaceful home base by the ocean.

The pool here is unheated, although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air. (no hot tub)

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
