The backyard is a twinkling mirage, secluded by rows of palms that will have you feeling like you're thousands of miles away in a tropical resort. The private, heated pool and spa create an oasis of sparkling water, while the pristine putting green and ping pong table ensure hours of entertainment without stepping a foot off the property.

Use the stairs or take the private elevator to reach the second floor with a luxurious lounging area, affixed with an array of bedrooms. Twin bunk beds, a jack and jill bathroom, along with queen and king bedrooms with ensuites create an entire floor with a myriad of sleeping arrangements that will create a comfortable night's sleep for every guest. A luxe wet bar is nestled next to the floor's balcony access, providing exquisite views of the astounding blue sky and lush greenery, giving you everything you need on one level.

Reach the top floor to be greeted by the fresh, open concept living and kitchen area. A sprawling island and 8-seat kitchen table with 6 island barstools promise that there will be plenty of space for your guests, and the gas range will make you feel like a true executive chef. The lavish living room is the perfect spot to relax with loved ones as it boasts plenty of seating options. Open the sliding doors to the wraparound balcony for soaring views 500 feet away to Siesta Key beach. Spring Break Vacay
Our family really enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key! The house was very clean and comfortable. We did have some minor interruptions with smoke detectors, keypad and pool equipment, but Cottages on the Key worked to fix or come up with solutions for any issues quickly and efficiently. The house is so close to all the shops and minutes from a beautiful beach. We didn't even need the bikes we rented for the week. The elevator was great for Grandma and hauling luggage up to the top floors. It was a perfect location for our family full of teens, although I would remind everyone that because it's close to everything, lock your car! We did have some sunglasses stolen from ours. We would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful property! The location is perfect -- a short walk to both the beach and the Village. The house is spectacular and well-stocked. Beds were extremely comfortable. The only issue I had is that the photos on the website are not updated to show the new view-blocking homes built next door. You can barely see the water now. Nevertheless, we would come back in a heartbeat!

First family vacay with small grandchildren
Perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and the cute downtown restaurants. Great pool and hot tub and outdoor area. Very responsive management. Extremely helpful. I wish I could give them a 4 1/2 stars but we did feel that for the price we had a initial cleanliness issue. And a couple other small problems. They did send the cleaning crew and maintenance crew out immediately so that was good. We would definitely go back to this house.

Fitting title for this property. Perfect for our family of 6. Well laid out. First class furnishings. Elevator a big plus. Lots of beach amenities come with the home. Perfectly situated between the beach and the village restaurants and bars. First visit to the area, we will be back to the Tropical Oasis!

This property is in a great location and is beautifully appointed. It's a short walk to the beach and/or a short stroll to the Village and all the shops and restaurants. The management company was very responsive, and the property was even better than the pictures, especially the outdoor space. Would recommend renting.

This home was perfect.It had everything !Plenty of space, (bedrooms with bathrooms), and entertainment areas for all ages. The elevator was key in transporting luggage, baby equipment and groceries . The stairs were great for exercise ! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go from here: beach, restaurants , shops, Hop on and Off trolley. The Baby equipment rental drop off and pick up was so reasonable .Flying in to the Bradenton Sarasota airport was also a plus. We had terrific weather as well and at this time , mid April, avoided the red tide issue. Terrific and memorable vacation . Professional family pictures at the beach at sunset was amazing. Great for families, great location, exceeded our expectations
Very nice property! We brought a large family group and every one enjoyed the many rooms, good technology, fun pool area and putting green. The outdoor space is such a great gathering space. Kitchen was well equipped to cook and serve a big family, which we really appreciated! The beach was a very short walk to an area not as busy as the main beaches, so we liked that! Red tide did affect one day of our beach time.

Had a great time with extended family and friends! The location to the beach and the shopping area was fantastic! The house was beautiful! Loved having 2 separate family rooms! Enjoyed hanging out by the pool and playing ping pong! Everyone enjoyed coming back to the pool after those long hot days on the beach! (The little biting flies outside were not fun but nothing a little Off and a citronella candle couldn't handle) Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks so much!!

Tropical Paradise - Siesta Key
Amazing property with everything we needed, including a perfect location in Siesta Key Village. Check in was easy and there were delicious cupcakes in the fridge to welcome us. Loved the layout of the house, especially the first floor outdoors area which includes the pool, spa, bar, ping pong and a 4-hole putt putt green. We spent most of our time there. Highly recommend this property for larger groups who want luxurious accommodations close to the village.
