The staff were fantastic!! We were there during tropical storm Debby and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. I will continue to visit voco Sarasota every time I visit Sarasota.

Hotel concierge were professional and helpful. The room was excellent, bed was very comfortable! The only concern is that the pool closes at 9 p.m. and I like to night swim.

The customer service was great except for the young lady who was in charged of the restaurant (during breakfast), she was very slow and got our order wrong twice, made us wait a lot but besides that the shuttle service was awesome and the drivers were the best! Location was amazing and all the features like transportation, live music, heated pool, made it very pleasant to stay there for a few nights. My husband and I loved it!
