-Beachside Dunes is southwest corner unit with breathtaking views of the gulf and evening sunsets from the deck, living room and kitchen. Our building is closest to the water with private gate access to the beach just steps out your door. This is an exclusive condo development and the only beachfront condos in Watercolor. We self manage so there is no property management company call center - your calls go directly to the owner and issues are resolved quickly.
-All 3 bedrooms have new king beds with adjoining bathrooms, including one with built-in XL twin bunks. Kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms have been completely updated and newly furnished.
-The iconic town of Seaside is just two blocks away! Walk to restaurants. Private association pool directly out the door! For the discriminating guest who values a pristinely clean home, this condo is for you. All floors are steam cleaned after every visit and all bed linens are freshly laundered. You have access to the private condo pool (only available to 22 units) and also all the pools in Watercolor. Reverse osmosis system for drinking water and ice. Sonos surround sound available. Dedicated parking is available for 2 vehicles. You also have access to all amenities in the Watercolor development: newly opened Beach Club pool and restaurant, Camp Watercolor, Tennis center, Western Lake and Boathouse, miles of biking and walking trails.

Fantastic Stay

Wonderful stay on the beach!

Our family traveled to the first time to Seaside and stayed at this amazing condo the beach. We loved the location. Easy access to the beach as well as watercolor and seaside shops and restaurants. The owner communicated well and responded quickly to questions. Would recommend staying here to anyone! The condo had everything we needed!

Great condo in ideal location!

This condo was perfect for our family! There were four adults and two kids. The house was super clean, and had all of the pots and pans and dishes that we needed! The condo was very updated and right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is lovely and comes with everything you need! Well stocked kitchen, nice supplies of extras like coffee, laundry detergent and bath products. Beach towels and chairs were ready to go, as well. The owner is super nice and helpful. Condo is next to the very nice pool. Big grill for use in pool area, too. We loved our stay!

Beautiful Condo & Great Location

We were very pleased with this property! You can’t ask for a better location as far as the beach is concerned! I feel the condo is more beautiful and spacious than the pictures suggest. We did do a fair amount of cooking in the kitchen and we had all the supplies/appliances we needed. The RO drinking water at the sink was a great surprise! There were plenty of beach toys to entertain the kids and enough chairs and umbrellas to keep us at the beach all day. Julie was an amazing communicator! This being our first stay in the watercolor area, I appreciated her in-depth email and links to businesses/items we may want to reserve as our trip approached. We also had a small issue with the door code at check-in, and she texted back immediately and resolved it! I’m already looking to grab a week next summer at this condo because my family can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic home and location

One of the best and great owner! Loved the home. Fantastic quiet location. Walkable to restaurants. Great wine bar across the street. Kids loved the beach and pool and you can walk to grayton state park for snorkeling. Great decorating in the condo made us feel at home.

Wonderful Location

This condo was decorated very nicely and was very clean. We really felt at home. The location to the private beach was fabulous. Being able to use the watercolor Inn amenities was great as well. We were able to walk into the town of seaside for dinner. The owner was very responsive and answered all of my questions very quickly and made wonderful suggestions. I would definitely stay here again. We had 6 adults and a baby and had plenty of room and everyone had their own space. Definitely recommend.

Beyond Expectations

This property is everything we hoped for and more for our young family to experience our first beach trip together! The condo was simply perfect for us. Whether we wanted to spend time at the beach, the private pool, or take advantage of the Watercolor club amenities, everything was so easy! And when the Florida rain storms rolled in, we hunkered down and played games (provided), streamed movies, or napped while we listened to the rain outside. My wife and I both commented that we haven’t slept that well in years! There were a couple very small things we had to reach out to the owner for, but she was incredibly responsive and kind and had things fixed/addressed within a couple hours. Our only regret was not staying for two weeks!

Watercolor Oceanfront Family Memories

This place was everything it says & more, it's gorgeous w/ the wrap around covered porches w/ the ocean & pool as your views. The walk over is just steps away, lots of beach equipment like toys, chairs, umbrellas for your enjoyment. The owner, Julie, was the nicest & most helpful responsive owner of any place I have ever rented before (and we have stayed down here for many years) The place looks practically brand new inside, 3 great comfy king beds, 2 bump beds, plus there was a pack & play & high chair for our granddaughter. The pool right next door could not be more convenient after a day at the beach. Right next door to the Watercolor beach club, 1 min walk, if you want more pools. Across the street from shops & restaurants, the location is perfect!!!! Thank you Julie for a perfect Family vacation!!!!

Amazing vacation, beautiful property!

This property is tastefully decorated, comfortably spacious and includes a well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect with an ocean view from the 2nd floor balcony, easy beach and pool access, and walkable to all Seaside restaurants, shops and Watercolor amenities. It would be hard to find a better location in Watercolor! I highly recommend this property and we hope to return next year. Julie is a very responsive, considerate and helpful host!

Exceeded Expectations

The property checked all the boxes for our group of 7 people. It gave us the coziness we love about a beach house but was spacious enough that we weren't all on top of each other. The family room provided plenty of comfortable seating (4 chairs and a couch). The kitchen was stocked with any cooking utensils or dishes you could need and it was an added touch that the owner encourages previous guests to leave the leftover non-perishable essentials for future guests. Julie was extremely responsive if we ever had any questions and usually responded within minutes. The condo is beautifully decorated as well! No complaints, and we will be back!

Can't wait to come back

This is a beautiful condo and resort property. The 2 floor condo was fantastic. Extremely clean and up to date. The kitchen was fully stocked with all a professional chef needed. The view of the ocean and sunsets never disappointed. Access to a private condo pool as well as all the Watercolor pools made this an amazing trip for the kids. The proximity to beach and the town center makes this an ideal location for adults as well. We can't wait to come back.

Location! Location!! What an amazing trip

Cozy and perfection describe this home. The kitchen was very well stocked like a main home. The location was the best of all worlds having watercolor amenities, beachfront, and walking distance to seaside. The RO system was a huge plus! All mechanicals worked very well, the place stayed nice and cool. The pool was warmer than all the watercolor pools which was nice for the kids. We where a bit worried renting a home without one of the local property management companies involved but, Julie was great! She responded quickly but, honestly, everything was so well kept and spelled out so clearly that we didn’t really need her for much. Overall, this is probably one of the better vrbo rentals I have stayed at.
