Blue Honey is a beautiful 4 bedroom luxury vacation home on a quiet street. The house has all the fabulous amenities including a 6 seater golf cart (extra charge of $800 per week), 6 bikes, luxury linens, private heated pool, gas fire pit, upstairs screened sleeping porch and outdoor living/dining areas. The house is very quiet and private with the nature preserve to the rear and a park in the front.

Centrally located, the house is only 2 blocks from Camp WaterColor and a short walk or ride to the Beach Club, Seaside and the tennis/pickleball center.

Comfort and luxury await you at Blue Honey. Every bed is made with plush triple sheet bedding. Hair dryer and two bathrobes in each suite. The house is managed by Mike and Joan. You will have cell phone or text communication with us if needed before, during or after your stay. We purposely limit the rentals to keep the home in top condition. Pets are not allowed.

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to everything offered in the community including the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club and Camp WaterColor. The association requires anyone age 5 or older to have a wristband to access the amenities. Wristbands are available up to 12 individuals. Each recipient needs to be staying at the house.

The Beach Club features a new main pool and lounge area, second zero edge pool with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry. The Club has an enhanced WaterColor Grill and new sunset bar - Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Camp WaterColor is 2 blocks from Blue Honey. It has everything for kids and adults including a lazy river, multiple pools, 2 water slides, food service and an outside bar. Other activities include basketball court, volleyball, a soccer field and playgrounds. Camp WaterColor is a kid's dream.

DETAILS: Imagine vacationing in a near new home in one of the most desirable and private locations in Watercolor. Recently completed a renovation adding a dining room and a sitting room off the master bedroom. Every detail is perfect! This home exemplifies the charm and location of classic Watercolor with all the brand new bells and whistles. Located near Camp Watercolor, beautifully furnished and ready to enjoy. Sleeps 10 inside plus additional space on upstairs screened sleeping porch. Six person electric golf cart available at $800 per week extra (vs $1,500 from Electric Cart rentals). New heated private pool and fire pit.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: 50% Deposit required upon reserving the property. VRBO also collects the taxes and their guest service fee with the first payment. Balance due 60 days prior to check in. No refunds after 60 days.

Sleeping Porch: Upstairs screened in porch has 2 daybeds and 4 chaise lounges. Great place for a nap or for overnight 'campout'.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community fines.
