Cute Condo
The condo was very clean and well maintained. The only thing we were surprised by was; the closest walk to the beach was considered “a private beach” and we were not allowed to set up there. The other options were: take a golf cart (which the villas had a driver for) to one, or take a 15 minute walk to the other. The golf cart stops running at 4pm; so you have to plan your beach time accordingly. Overall it was a nice stay, just inconvenient having to go around the private beach areas.

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay here with our family. Under the couch could use a good clean, my 3 yr old found some old chapstick and other treasures left behind. Besides that we enjoyed the shuttle to the beach, the pool, and relaxing at this condo. We plan to come back in the future.

Sons 14th Birthday beach pick this year
The beach closet to villa is private NOT for villas. The trolly on property will drive you to area to walk to beach and have beach access. However there was a waiting time since several people decided to go to beach at same time and golf cart only holds 5. No shade what so ever where you wait on ride to beach. The driver was AWSOME a sweet lady taking care of everyone waiting. The villa unit 1 needs new paint on walls & celings, new furniture in living room, new covers in master room very old. The structure of property not very good insulation since we could constantly hear the family above us. I did have an issue with a slidding door but managment fixed in a timly manner due to weather. Space in rooms are great size and bith full bathrooms.

Great facilities, ok condo
Pros: - Great facilities! Unit was close to the pool, tennis, shuffleboard, and cornhole. - Complex staff was very kind and helpful (both the office staff and the golf cart driver that takes you to the beach if needed). - RealJoy response to an issue was good. We had 2 extremely wobbly stools, and they came out and tightened them for us without issue. - short walk to beach access - unit was clean and mostly well stocked (could use a large baking sheet). - strong water pressure in the shower Cons: - the unit was smaller than it seemed in the pictures. Tight fit for 5 people when eating or hanging out in the evenings playing games. Not enough room/seating. Could easily be improved with a small sectional or the addition of a loveseat. - furniture was not comfortable. Couch sits low and only seats 3. Rest of living area is stools. Beds weren't great either and the bunk beds were pretty wobbly. - There is beach access close, however you can only walk the water due to the left and right bring private beaches. To actually set up for the day, you have you walk about 10 minutes to the public beach. Not a bad walk and the unit does have a driver service you can call that was very quick. Overall, we had a great week and enjoyed our stay. The amount of things to do on the grounds were great and the heated pool was a must in the spring. Investing in higher quality/comfortable furniture with additional seating in the living room would have improved our stay significantly.

Great but…
I love that it is ground level and close to the beach. Our son loved the bunk beds. It needs a good old fashion scrub. It wasn’t the worst but it definitely could use a cleaning that hits more than just the service dirt.

Beachside Villas at Seagrove Beach
My adult daughters and I stayed here for a girls week and truly enjoyed our experience. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great, only a couple minutes walk to the beach. The only thing that we had difficulty with was the Wi-Fi. It was very spotty coverage and the TV’s would drop signal constantly. Really though, it was a small issue for us since we preferred to play the games provided when we were in the rooms. Overall, great location!

Clean,cute,perfect size. The only complaint would be the option to check in earlier. As soon as the condo is cleaned it should be available to enter that day. 4:00 is late. Great place to stay!

This unit had many issues. This unit had cockroaches, the tv was broken, the Wi-Fi didn’t work and the shower curtain was broke. Flooring was missing between bathroom and bedroom. The A/c and fridge didn’t stay cold. Would never say here again or rent from RealJoy Vacations. We tried to get a hold of them and they said someone would come out but no one ever did. They wouldn’accommodate our issues because they said we never told them, but we did. Terrible customer service, dirty and run down place.

Condo Construction site
Condo was a complete construction site the entire week. Our patio was blocked off with caution tape the entire week. No warning was given when the condo was booked, otherwise I would have never booked the condo. After calling Realjoy on Monday morning requesting to be moved, I NEVER heard back from them. Imagine that? Realjoy was not only completely useless, they showed the highest level of unprofessionalism. I will stay clear from them from now on.

Great beach - prepare for a 10 m walk to beach
Pros- my kids loved the beach / lake aspect of this area. 2 bunks in a room was a great set up. Adequate starter set of soap. Clean condo for the price with convenient first level. Peak season has a golf cart shuttle if you are willing to wait to get back and forth from beach to condo. 30a bike rentals and Kahula&cream were two great experiences the whole family loved. Cons - fridge thermometer was broken and showed fridge was not cooling properly but it actually froze and ruined all my produce. Management company didn’t do anything about this but stated the obvious to turn down the fridge and ignore thermostat. Bathrooms are tiny and need a refresh. Overall I would recommend the area but didn’t LOVE the condo.

Terrific location
This was our first time using Vrbo. We loved the location of this cute property! We were a very short walk down to the beach. I especially liked that we didn’t have to cross any main roads to get from the condo to the beach. Will definitely be staying here again. 5 Stars!
