Seaside and a variety of restaurants are just a stroll or bike ride away. Embrace the outdoors with miles of paved bike/walking path right across the street from The Grove's entrance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of all 30A has to offer. Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Credit card information will be required to be held in case of bike loss or damage.

Magical neighborhood & great location

Loved staying at this property; I was hesitant because there weren’t any reviews, but the house was clean, well-equipped, and in the most adorable (quiet!) neighborhood. We had a short walk or bike ride to the beach and even walked to seaside a few times for coffee and meals. Definitely one of my favorite neighborhoods we’ve stayed in around 30A.
