30-A Getaway!

This is our second stay at this beautiful condo! Our kids are in their early 20’s and there’s a perfect amount of space for all of us when we’ve stayed here. The location is absolutely perfect and picturesque! We will definitely return!

The condo was clean, beautiful and in a wonderful location-close to restaurants, grocery store, and shopping area. We also enjoyed the beach views from the living room and master bedroom.

Beautiful views and great location but way too many issues

This is a beautiful property/ocean views and excellent location but we had a number of issues during our stay that we did not expect to happen at a property like this, and especially at the price we were paying. Some of the problems included the cable TV boxes not working, so while we could watch TV, none of the TVs had HD and each with limited guides. The latch on the patio sliding glass door was broken when we got to there and the sliding glass door was almost impossible to open. We fixed that ourselves. The air conditioner wasn't working very well in the primary master bedroom (too warm) , which made it uncomfortable to sleep in that room. The pillows provided were also not comfortable (tubular shaped) so be sure to bring your own pillows. The ice maker in the SubZero refridgerator didn't work but the property management company repair person ("CJ") did go buy us a couple of bags of ice, which was very nice and great customer service.. The place really is beautiful and has an excellent location but the owner/management company needs to make sure everything is fully operating before guests arrive. That as not the case with us. Too much stress when we came here to enjoy a stress free visit.

Wonderful location and property!

My stay in Viridian Unit 303 was fantastic! The condo is nicely decorated and maintained - exactly as advertised. There is a fantasy ocean and sunset view. I also loved the pool and hot tub on the beach! Already rented the unit again for another 7 days Thanks!

Perfect vacation property

I could not have been more happy with this condo. I was notified immediately when check in was available (about two hours early). The property with exceptionally clean and comfortable. The views were amazing. The pool was beautiful, clean, and very little traffic. The private beach access was a very short walking distance just across 30A. A Publix is about a mile away, the condo is walking distance to the Seaside square, and you can walk across the parking lot to grab takeout from Seagrove Market and avoid the traffic. One minor complaint was that there were no chairs on the balcony, but you can easily bring your beach chairs out there to enjoy the view. Overall, this was a great place to enjoy a family vacation.
