This charming condo sleeps 5 and features two bedrooms with 3 beds, which is perfect for both couples and families alike. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with a 42” Smart TV. The loft bedroom features 2 beds (1 double bed, 1 twin bed) with a 32” Smart TV and private half-bath.

This unit offers a slew of amenities, including a large pool with loungers & umbrellas, a shuffleboard court, a grill, and 2 included bicycles. You are only steps away from our 350ft of private beach with included beach chair/umbrella service. Walk or bike to nearby restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, bars, boutiques and paddle board rentals. If you like to run, walk or bike then you will enjoy the Timpoochee Trail which is located just steps away from our door. This beautiful paved trail runs along the coast stretching over 20 miles with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, 11 coastal dune lakes and jaw dropping natural scenery.

Property was exactly as listed and well equipped. Just steps from the beach . We loved the privacy and how quiet it was at night. Beach was perfect and beautiful. Thank you
