Standalone townhome at the end of a long driveway. Quiet, peaceful, full of nature. Townhome is next to an inland lake. Screened in porch make it the perfect place to have your morning coffee or jump on the golf cart and go to Beachy Bean right down the road. Close to all sorts of activities and restaurants, yet private enough to wind down.

We love 30A and our other home in Carmel. We stay at all of them, so like you, we want a great stay! Therefore, we provide great furniture, linens/bedding, well stocked kitchens; coffee makers (k-cups too) and pots/pans, great cutlery, blenders and other stuff needed for your special stay.
We also provide laundry and bath soap.

So as for the CASA:

Three bedroom, three and a half baths newly renovated beach house close to 30a's best beach access. Casa Mimosa II has everything you want!

Enjoy a dip in the pool after a day at the beach. While it's not a private pool, it's a very very quiet and low used neighborhood one. Only 12 homes in our very private yet close to the beach neighborhood.

Each bedroom has its own full bath. Two king suite bedrooms on upper level, first floor has an amazing Murphy bed couch bed combo. All 3 bedrooms have memory foam newer beds.

Light and beachy kitchen, dining and living spaces on 2nd level. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve great meals. With granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and an open layout, you can enjoy meal prep and family time. The second-floor covered deck is another great place to dine or just relax.

3 adult bikes are included - this saves our guests over $300 in bike rentals! We also provide six newer Tommy Bahama beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and beach mats.

Larger 10'x 10' sunshade for setting up on the beach, no need to spend a fortune on beach chair and umbrella rentals.

New 2022 6 seat golf cart with lithium batteries is avail. and included in all 5 plus day stays. Other days we'll rent for $85.00 per day. 25-35% cheaper than most retailers. Plus, ours is garage kept, cleaned and maintained well too.

Things you will love about this beach house: beach access, the pool, and the proximity to everything Seagrove and Seaside have to offer. Quiet well-maintained neighborhood, safe and quiet for the entire family to enjoy. Parents, it's one of the safest neighborhoods on 30A. A tranquil gem, close to beach and 25 steps to the pool. Close to many of the popular destinations on 30A such as Old Florida Fish House and The Hub. This is a roomy 3 floor home. Each bedroom has their own private bath. Master bedroom has filtered view of gulf and overlooks an inland lake. What's unique about the Beach access is it has NO steps and lots of parking. Most of the beaches around have multiple levels of steps to access. Three bikes come with the property.

Things to Know: We provide trash bags, dish pods, dish soap, laundry soap (12 pods), K-cups (6-8) sugar packets, creamer (limited) body soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, cotton balls, hair dryers down and regular pillows.

Dogs are allowed with owner approval. Fees do apply PER pet. Limit 2 no dogs over 40lbs. UNLESS approved by owner. We self-manage, so please reach out for approval. You'll get a very quick response.



NOTE TO PARENTS, really mostly dads...

If you have kids, seniors or simply hate being a Sherpa , QUIT LOOKING!!! THIS IS your place. Moms and dads tend to become Sherpa's on 30A. Lugging chairs, coolers, kids, toys to the beach. Once you get there, you gotta lug all this stuff up and down 100 steps or more, walk 100' to the beach
NOT HERE. OUR Beach access will make your vacation. ZERO STEPS to walk up or down, simply step onto the beach from the street.

Dogs allowed (with pet fee PER pet 40lb limit), with owner prior approval. Typically, most dogs are approved, just need their bio; age, breed, housebroken and weight.
We have awesome appointed homes, so while we take pets, we want to maintain that status.

You'll be sent golf cart rental pet fee agreement. We ask you to fully read these documents as the are strictly enforced. We mean that in the most honorable and non heavy handed way. We just need to protect our assets. And most importantly make your stay with us incredible.

After your amazing stay, our check-out policy is simple:

1. If the dishwasher needs to be run, please do.
2. Empty kitchen trash (only) on your way to your car which is parked right outside the front door.
3. Lock up and travel safe!!!

WE NEVER ASK GUESTS TO STRIP BEDS, RUN LAUNDRY, TIDDY UP, CUT THE LAWN (LOL) ETC ETC. WE GOT YOU COVERED.
