Welcome to, "Saltwater Sanctuary," a beautifully updated townhome located in Seagrove Beach, and right off of 30A! This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is family friendly, and has plenty of space both inside, and out for your family to enjoy!

Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen
This includes bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

As if the beautiful home, and beach credit weren't already enough, "Saltwater Sanctuary," also comes with a FREE golf cart for use during your stay!! This 6 seater golf cart is street legal, and can be used for getting to and from the beach, or just to cruise up and down while exploring all the 30A area has to offer. The townhome is also located just minutes from some of 30A's most popular restaurants and shops like Coastal Dune Co, Old Florida Fish House, Beachy Bean Coffee and 30A Trading Co.

When staying at "Saltwater Sanctuary," your family will enjoy using a beach access that not only shows off the gorgeous white sand, and blue/green waters of the Emerald Coast, but also boasts its' rare, but beautiful, coastal dune lake. During your trips to the beach, you may even be lucky enough to see the lake outfall into the gulf! When the lake runs into the gulf you, and the kids can enjoy splashing around in both the lake and the gulf at the same time!!

While staying at this wonderful townhome you have access to 2 very close beach access points. Eastern Lake Beach access is only a 2 minute bike ride, 2 minute golf cart ride, or 8 minute walk from the home, and Eastern Lake Public Beach Access is only a 3 minute bike ride from the home!

Also in walking distance to the home are a couple small shops, and Steamboat Bar and Grill, which is a very causal and laid back locals favorite.

Best vacation rental I’ve had
The property was immaculate and comfortable. The mattresses were high quality and the linens were nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the WiFi worked. I call these out because these are the areas where most rentals are lacking. The management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with via text. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Quick getaway to Seagrove
This home was so clean and beautifully decorated. The size and space are designed so well and were great for everyone to use. Everything worked so nicely including golf cart and ping pong table in the garage.

Good Location, golf cart is a huge plus!
About 10 min walk to the beach, 2 minute by golf cart or bike and 10 min golf cart ride to The Hub/Chill or Seaside. Beach entry is at Eastern Lake, so you have to walk through the water, but in reality it wasn't bad and made the beach less crowded. Be prepared though, they are very particular on parking by the beach, we got a parking ticket as did 5-6 other golf carts. The house was exactly as described/pictured - perfect for our family - 2 adults, 4 teens and 1 tween (used the hall bunk). It was decorated very nicely and everything was spotless. The kitchen didn't have a muffin pan (breakfast) but otherwise pretty well stocked, I don't think there was a blender, but we didn't need one. The grill was perfect. Parking is definitely enforced, you will have to park the third car in the storage unit behind, but that was very easy and they were nice to work with. The homeowner and the management company were very responsive. All in all a really good experience!

Spacious Townhome with Golf Cart
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the property could have been cleaner inside. Floors weren't clean and master bathroom had hair stuck in drain. A huge full trash can greeted us in the driveway upon arrival along with trash bags on ground. The cable box didn't work upon check in and the mgmt. company came out to look at it right away. They promised a new cable box on Mon. a.m., but we never received one until Wed. after another call. Golf cart was the best thing! We enjoyed the porch and grill very much also.
