This hotel didn’t even have the barest of essential services- like not even a cup in the room. The carpet was so stained I was afraid to walk barefoot on it. I couldn’t find an outlet to plug in my phone that wasn’t so worn that the plug would fall out. No housekeeping ever came to my room to clean

Hotel is not opened yet and we were not notified ahead of time. It is 29 miles from Sparks in commercial area. I assume it would have been wonderful, however, never notified not open yet. In fact I received email to check in ahead of time. The staff person assisting us when we arrived was great and apologized professionally while trying to help us locate a place to stay which did not happen. We drove T he four hours home and not happy

Better than average Hotel in a less than average location of Reno if that makes any sense! Reminds my of Negril, Jamaica! Excellent security! But you do know you are not in a high class area! Not that it bothered me, since I've traveled in 3rd world countries! It's the best that it can be given the area!

Plenty of coffee, but no coffee machine in the room. Called the front desk at 6 and they couldn’t get a machine to me until 9 AM. Remember that Nevada is an open carry state and I would definitely suggest you take advantage of that in that neighborhood
