The Tuscany Suite was beautiful and enhanced our experience. The restaurants are top notch, excellent food and service. Too bad there are not microwaves in the rooms as the portions are very large and would make delicious late night leftovers.

I always enjoy my stay at the Peppermill It is when I visit my granddaughter in Reno feel very safe and comfortable Very close to Airport and the street it is on will take you just about anyway you want to go for shopping, eating or entertainment. Electric chargers for your car too

Very big and busy property. Had a bargain room in the north tower. Room ok very basic. Get what you pay for. Just didnt care for the ambiance of the casino. Too bright, seemed really loud, yes i know casinos are not meant to be quiet. Nothing really wrong didnt get the right vibe. Staff nice, particularly the bell desk. Great service.

It was a large facility, walking to my room with all my luggage required 2 trips and they were long. It's a lovely facility with great restaurants. The rooms are dated and there is a lingering smell of smoke throughout the place that would keep me away. The room was clean, spacious and expensive, very expensive.

Excellent property, rooms need updating!
We do enjoy the Peppermill. However, we will follow up in the future - our reservation with a call to make sure of the tower we are assigned. We did not enjoy the Peppermill tower. It lacked ammenities that the Tuscany tower offers. And, we still do not like not having a microwave in the room. With that said, the property is beautiful, the food in EVERY restaurant is wonderful and the services are top-notch. Rooms do need updating!
