Sliding doors open to your relaxing screened in lanai with pool.( if heated an additional $275 will apply ONLY for 5 days or longer) There’s a grill to barbecue ( must be cleaned after each use) and enjoy the outdoors. Step out to a 45x10 dock to enjoy your mornings (sunrise on left ) and evenings (sunset on right). May bring boat to tie up to dock ( no charge, but must get approval from owner before) Fish from your dock , enjoy an adult beverage, or simply relax. Minutes from Downtown , Fisherman’s Village , Gilchrist and Ponce De Leon Park. Sunseeker, Warm Mineral Springs , beautiful beaches in Englewood and Boca Grande, Stump Pass, Venice is 45-60 minutes away. Chairs and coolers are provided as well as pool/ beach towels.
