Pensacola loft

We had a wonderful stay at this charming loft apt. It had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The pool was wonderful. The surrounding area was perfect for exploring and close to all the attractions we were in town to visit. We will most definitely stay again in the future!!

It’s a beautiful area this is like paradise. It’s a real get away if you just want a beautiful home away from home to recoup. Or the relaxing and having a good time. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again

Fun Sister Trip

Cures test little place. Perfect for our little family. Even though it was November and chilly my kids both had to jump in the pool. We loved our little visitor- gray kitty was so friendly. Would love to come back!

The Hidden Gem

My partner and I have been together for 30 years now and have had lots of growth opportunities in our relationship with one another. We needed a break, a place of refreshing rejuvenation without interference and peace to reconnect from the hustles of life. We found this at this Hidden Gem that you provided. A great short trip!

This was the perfect little loft for my family. Having 2 babies under 2, we wanted a place that would let my husband and I have some time together while the kids napped and went to bed early and this backyard oasis fit the bill! Will definitely come back.

Summer QT & Blue Angels fun!

The unit was properly described on line and exceeded expectations upon arrival. It was perfectly cozy for myself and my daughters. The pool was way above average for similar units. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet any other guest or owner. But you can tell a lot of attention to detail went into providing this historic neighborhood cottage getaway.

Cute cottage

Very quiet and clean. Will definitely visit again. The only down fall is the parking on the street. It is very narrow street and had other cars park on the street sometimes on both sides of the street. This cottage allows up to 4 guests but nowhere for multiple cars to park. We ended up having to leave our other car parked downtown So, it just took some planning. But overall again a very clean and quite location.

What a trip! We stayed for a whole week and we took advantage of having the kitchen! We left a wine opener there for the next people, that seemed to be all that we had to get. The place was exactly as pictured. The loft bed is cozy, our kids enjoyed the couch! The pool and hottub were a plus! We loved coming back to a cozy little home away from home. I already want to come back. The neighborhood is very cute! We didn't get to walk around it but I so wish we had time. This place is great for a get away and far enough away from the hassle of the beach but close enough that the drive daily there was not bad at all!

Overall, it was a beautiful property but there were a few things that could be improved upon. The hot tub was not working and we didn’t know how to use it(the lounge area in the pool did not look like it had been cleaned either). I reached out to the owners but I didn’t get any return response. The bed in the loft provided very little headspace. We thought maybe it would help to not have the bed on the frame but just sitting on the floor, it would give it a lot more space up there. The Roku remote wasn’t working and the couch bed had a corner that was broken. Also, the parking situation was a little less than desirable. It would’ve been nice if we could’ve pulled back by the garage so we didn’t have to carry our stuff from the street all the way back. Having said all that, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

At first we had a few minor problems, but, they were taken care of. The place is small, nice for two people. Didn’t use the beautiful pool. Owners were very nice. The rental company needs to step up their game in the cleaning department. They would of came back but we really didn’t want anyone in during our stay.

Quick Business Trip

This was a perfect property for my purpose of being in Pensacola. While I wasn't able to spend much time at the property, it was conveniently located, close to the airport, downtown and a quiet neighborhood. It is a creative use of the building and so well done. I look forward to booking this again when I return to Pensacola.

It surpassed our expectations

We really enjoyed our stay here. Spent quite a bit of time in Destin and Pensacola Beach area and they were packed full of tourists. It was very nice coming "home" to a quiet and relaxing place. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. The owners are very welcoming and down to earth. The backyard and pool are beautiful and well maintained. We will stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Great location!

Previously, we have always stayed at the beach. This property was close to downtown and gave us a new view of Pensacola. It worked out perfectly for our stay to celebrate our granddaughter’s graduation!
