Rooms were damaged. Staff was unprofessional. Shaqueefa needs more training. Restaurant service was non-existant, though the food was surprisingly good.

We booked here because we knew it would be raining outside and they had an outside pool. Unfortunately their pool heater was broken so they water was ice cold and we were unable to swim. When I approached the front desk about it they were very rude and rolling their eyes. Other than the rude receptionists the rest of the staff in the hallways and around the hotel were extremely welcoming! We loved the place besides those two instances. Room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was great!
