We unexpectedly had to do an over night at the Hyatt Pensacola Airport. The check in desk was very friendly and offered information regarding our stay. The breakfast was very good, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean

The rooms are a bit dirty; The walls and couches are stained. The bathroom in 104 needs renovation. Customer service is great. Generally safe and comfortable.

the toilet in the room ran for 2.5 days the heater when activated sounded like a jet airplane had just pulled up to the terminal Not sure if I would choose this Hyatt again for my next business trip in February
