Very nice!
Normally, we stay at another condominium just a couple doors down on Thomas Dr, but we decided to stay here for a change. We stayed in unit 708. We love the place.. No check in, just an email from Vacasa and everything was waiting for us in the condo when we got there. There was a slight miscommunication but one phone call and it was fixed without delay. The condo was one of the two bedrooms and the living area was huge compared to the ones we normally stay in. The place was very clean and well maintained and it was one of the most equipped units we've ever stayed in. Check out was simple. We will definitely be back at Watercrest. The only complaint we would have about anything was, the normal "no umbrellas in front of the rented chairs" rule was not enforced. Not exactly sure when that rule changed, but it seemed to be going on all the way down the beach and not just at Watercrest, so it's not a knock on Watercrest, but on the PCB beach patrol as a whole.

Beautiful Condo & View
Condo is exactly as pictured. Perfect set up for me & my kids (two young adults & one teenager). We had a fabulous time. Was a great location, kitchen is well stocked for cooking & lot’s of good restaurants & things to do near by, Older property, but still very nice. Great spacious family room & the view is awesome! My only suggestion to the property owner for improvement is personal wifi for the unit. The WiFi for the building was intermittent (probably overloaded with so manybb by using it at once).

The location of the condo was great. Nice view from the balcony and the beach was nice.. The condo had plenty of room for our family. Check in was a little confusing due to COVID 19.
