We stayed from 12/27/24 to1/1/25 and the room was filthy and smelled of mold and cigarette smoke. We stayed in room 424 to be exact! The cabinets, stove and fridge were extremely filthy and we ended up getting bleach wipes and cleaning everything. This is a very noisy property with doors slamming at all hours of the night and when we complained, the office never a did single thing. The doors were slammed so hard we felt it on the head boards of our beds. What's even more unfortunate is we drove 7 hours from Tampa Bay and this being our first time in Panama City Beach and likely our last at this property. We will pay extra and stay at the Palmetto or elsewhere. I don't like leaving a review full of complaints but this one is warranted. I can also predict what will happen next. I will get an automated response from a higher up and that will be the last I hear from them. With all that said the ocean view was truly amazing.

The images of the rooms are not the same as displayed on site. Stairs on the beach side were broken. It was all blocked off for safety issues. The room was very musty, and smelt like cigarettes. The door handle and doors are warped. They didn’t open easily.

The staff was extremely helpful! The resort could use some sprucing up. The room wasn’t swept. There were roaches in the fridge and the floor. There was pine straw in the floor.
