Parking and Wristband Information:
Guests are required to access the online portal through the Community Boss website. Detailed access instructions will be provided in the unit, located on the sign in the hallway entrance in this unit and each parking spot. Please note that guests must enter a valid phone number during registration.
Important Parking Policies:
Scooters are not permitted on site.
Motorcycles are allowed, with a maximum of three motorcycles per parking space, provided they have valid registration.
Trailers and boats must be parked in the overflow lot.
During Bike Week: Guests must check in with the Homeowners Association (HOA) to receive free motorcycle parking. However, guests will still be required to pay for truck and/or trailer parking.
Parking Fees: The parking fees are determined by the duration of the guest's stay. The guest will need to input both their check-in and check-out dates into the app, and complete all required fields. Registration will be based on the vehicle's license plate.
Each unit is permitted two vehicles.
Overflow parking is available for an additional charge, subject to availability, and must be purchased at the time of check-in.
Parking is valid until 12:00 PM on the check-out date.
If there are any issues with the registration in the online portal, guests should contact security for assistance in completing their registration.

Extended Stays: For stays exceeding 120 days, guests must re-register for a new 120-day parking cycle.

Wrist bands will be provided in your unit- if you lose or break a wrist band you will have to purchase a new one from HOA for $3.00 a piece

This complex is on the 'quiet end' of Panama City Beach, just a mile from St. Andrews National State Park. There is nearby shopping, dining, and nightlife just a few blocks from the building. Visitors can take a short five-minute drive to explore Pier Park and immerse themselves in the utopia that is the Emerald Coast.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
