The living space has polished oak flooring, large picture windows, and two ceiling fans. Potted tropical plants enhance the exotic aesthetic. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen has a warm-neutral tile floor, spacious granite countertops, hardwood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances including, a French door fridge with ice maker, a glass top electric range, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large sink. There’s also a Keurig coffee maker and toaster.
Sip your morning coffee, tea, or fresh-squeezed citrus juice at the granite breakfast bar with stool seating for three. Slice some fresh tropical fruit, pour mimosas, or fix waffles for the kids. The kitchen is equipped with basic pots and pans, dishware, cookware, silverware, cutlery, etc.

“Take My Breath Away” has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All three bedrooms have SmartTVs, top-of-the-line mattresses, premium pillows, luxurious bedding, closets, ceiling fans, nightstands with reading lamps, and soothing coastal decor. Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries, and hairdryers, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own.
The primary King suite on the third (top) floor has an elegant tray ceiling with a stylish fan and lamp, large windows, polished oak floors, and an entertainment center with a large SmartTV. This top-floor primary King suite also has a daybed and trundle.
This luxurious bedroom has a dedicated work desk/office space, two walk-in closets, and a grand spa-like ensuite bathroom with dual granite vanities, a make-up counter, a jacuzzi-style garden tub, and a walk-in glass door shower with a rain shower head and separate shower wand.
This luxurious king suite is a spacious, tranquil, romantic space for couples. Soothing tropical decor inspires coastal relaxation. French doors open out to a private balcony with tile floors, a swing, and a breakfast table. Enjoy sea breezes, views of the pool, and tropical treetops. Bedroom #2 is a second ensuite bedroom on the third (top) floor. This bedroom features a 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds), stylish windows, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large granite vanity, make-up counter and chair, and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #3 is on the second (main) floor. This king bedroom has access to a laundry room with washer and dryer and full bathroom located right off the kitchen, used by the main floor.
Bedroom #4, lockout unit used by homeowner is located on the first (ground) floor is an in-law suite with a separate a large king size bed. There’s a mini-kitchen with a sink, cabinets, mini-fridge, and microwave. This lockout is available for an additional cost if interested.
