There is an office and then on to the large master bedroom that opens onto the courtyard via French doors. The master has a king bed, large TV, and a walk-in closet. The master bath is luxurious with a large soaking tub as well as a gorgeous tiled shower. There are two staircases leading to the upstairs. At each end is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. In the middle is a comfy media room with a separate large bunk room with four built in twin beds. Both bedrooms and media room open onto a large porch overlooking the pool and courtyard. The entire house has shiplap walls and ceilings with a neutral color palette. There is a grill and outdoor shower in the courtyard.

The second story carriage house also looks over the pool and courtyard. It has a queen bed, a spacious kitchenette, and a full bath.
