Nice condo

Enjoyed our stay. Had issues with getting enough hot water for showers. Sliding glass doors for bedroom with balcony didn’t lock. Also that same bedroom’s ensuite shower didn’t drain properly.

We had a good stay. The condo needs a deep cleaning and some updating. The property is an older property. The view was outstanding. We had a few maintenance issues but Vacasa came and took care of them.

Amazing stay!

Very impressed with this property! Can’t wait to return. Only complaint was the dust. Fans, vents, etc need a deep clean! Everything else was outstanding!

Great view; not uninhabitable

Great view. Quiet end of PCB. We were there in Spring Break and the beach crowd was not unbearable. Kids enjoyed the pool area. Beach and Pool area was clean. Note there are no beach chairs provided- bring your own or rent. The Property Manager needs to get a better cleaning crew. Thick dust on vents, light fixtures and Knick knacks. Stained living room furniture. Dirty silverware and silverware drawer was dirty. Long black hairs on towels and linen. I communicated this with them on arrival and hoped someone would come do some deeper cleaning but that never happened. I did not enjoy cleaning on arrival after a long drive. The condo in general needs deep cleaned and needs updates but was not uninhabitable. The bedrooms are nice sizes and there was plenty of room for our party of 6 to spread out and not feel on top of one another.

Perfect for our blended family of 6

View of the ocean was breathtaking. It could have been a little cleaner. But…I’m a total clean freak..ceiling fans, under kitchen cabinets, toilet seat cracked…but overall a very comfortable stay. Felt very homey. The kids loved it.

Great location, needs updating

Overall this was a nice place. We had some trouble getting into the room using the keypad at first but the property management corrected that. The first thing I notice upon entering the room was that it was cluttered, especially in the kitchen which is already a small space. The floors were dirty so I question how well everything else was cleaned. There was zero cabinet space for food storage so all our non refrigerator groceries had to stay on the tiny kitchen counter all week. Overall there is space in this unit so there is definitely room to improve on how things are placed, and probably remove some things.

Update & Visitor

The area is perfect not crowded at all!! The condominium needs to be updated. It’s very 80ish. Listing is what it is but is smaller than the pictures reflect. All was well until we finally figured out what was eating our food in the kitchen we had extra company a 9” field rat 🐀 when we were awoken by a rat in the kids room at 2am running around trying to catch him/her when it finally got cornered in a locked closet and we barricaded it in the closet. Need pest control rat busters for sure!
