D206 is a two bedroom deluxe floor plan that will accommodate up to eight guests with a spacious 1200 sq. feet, fully furnished. The living room has a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, sofa has a pull out queen size sleeper and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The dining area includes a table that seats six guests, along with a bar that seats two. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter-tops, and nice appliances. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and sliding glass doors that lead to its own small private balcony with two chairs. There is a washer/dryer, carpet in the living room & bedrooms, and there is tile throughout the remainder of the unit. The balcony has four chairs, one lounger, and one small table. View- directly faces the water, you can also see down the beach East/West, with a sunset view. You can also view the D/E pool area from the balcony.
